I am writing again because after purchasing My vehicle I notice that on my registration they are the lien-holder to my FULLY PAID SUV. I call and after asking why my pink slip has not been sent and why do I have there name on my registration. Mind you the vehicle was paid in full. I made the phone call at 12:40 pm 4/17/2015 and was told to call back at 5pm because no one was in the office. I guess they need to talk to there lawyers to figure out how to turn the knife just a little more. I have spoken to the previous owner of my SUV and was told that he and Valley Auto Repo are in some court dispute because Valley Auto Repo did something fishy when they sold the SUV to me.

My sister and I found them online, they had the exact truck she wanted. we went down there on a Sunday they were open and very helpful, they fund use financing that day and we came and picked up the car on Monday. they were very professional, honest and friendly. thank you guys!

Randy was my sales Rep.(very Friendly and professional). We talked on the phone a number of times before going there. They had the exact truck I was looking for.  I had been pre-approved on the amount before going there, and that helped to speed things up. Robin (Manager), was very direct and honest. For an extra fee I had the truck driven up to Bakersfield the next day after it was detailed (I just got it today). Thank you Robin for that it is very much appreciated. They'll be my first contact if I find myself in need of another vehicle. Happy New Year!

Robin was polite.  I test drove an orange Audi TT.  It drove well, but had some questionable things under the hood.  The left side of the body was dented.  I wanted to have my mechanic, Auto Steiger in Reseda, check it out.  Robin said once I paid for the car in full/cash I could take it to my mechanic and if anything was wrong they would adjust the price.  Um, no thank you. That is super sketch to me.  I was very interested in the car, but as soon as that was their offer, I left.

The update on my review..because of the poor review I have given valley auto repo... The work promised at the time of.purchase will no longer be done. ..The one job they did..which was supposed to be repairing the rear door lock they managed to screw that up and melt the door shut now my kids are trapped in a car where the rear door doesn't open from the inside... .A super important feature to have on a car....If you want to get out.......There are so many places that work with poor credit... ..poor pay..I would stay far far away...

Great convenient place. I had really bad credit and needed a car for my son right away. They had a huge selection with great prices. They really worked with me, and my terrible credit, and got me in the right car.

My sons choice was this  Black VW Jetta, with a little over 100k miles.. ( I know, you're thinking i'm nuts) but The exterior was in mint condition and the leather seats were flawless.  I did end up having a little engine trouble, but without hesitation, Robin was quick to help and have his mechanic get it running like new again.

I was also $300 shy of my complete down payment, and they were so quick to say "Pay me when you can" .. without a hundred phone calls.. without any harrasment what so ever!
They made my stressful car buying process a dream

I got a great car at a reasonable price, plus they financed me for the difference.
My credit was not that good but I got finianced with 20 percent down.
They seemed pretty fair with the deal and the warranty they sold me.

Unfortunately all the bad reviews are correct. I was on a search for "new" car and really wanted a Ford Focus. They had two, so I went over to look at them. I guess they have a large storage place nearby to store cars, so neither one of the cars were out on their lot. I then called, and they informed me the cars were in storage and they would have both there for me to test drive.

When I arrived, both were in the back. Neither one of the cars looked like the cars I saw online. They simply avoided showing all dings, scratches, and large dents in their photos. I had to wait ten minutes to test drive due to a worker cleaning the car to look good. After waiting, I decided to just go ahead and try to drive them. One car was terrible, and the other drove perfectly. The car the drove great had a wiped out title. I asked the car dealership manager if I can take it to get its frame fully inspected. To do so, I had to leave the fully $3,000 up front just so I can have it for a while. The manager was actually being a jerk about it as I tried to explain the account I had doesn't have $3,000 in it due to not receiving my check yet from the insurance company. I was simply waiting on finding a car, and then having my car taken away by the insurance company.

Overall, bad experience. The manager was rude. The lady that went on my test drive with me was extremely nice.

WORST EXPERIENCE I ever had at a car dealership. The advertised price online is increased when you get to the dealership. Cars are in poor condition than advertised online and overpriced. Beware of this guy named Robin He's really shady. He needs to be fired. They try to squeeze hundreds of dollars from you on top of the sold price. If they had better reps, then maybe they would have better business. Driving to this dealership was the biggest waste of time. If you want to be hustled by, then go to this dealership. They will hustle you and and steal your money.

No respect, totally shameless. After verbally sealing a deal on a car and making arrangements to pick it up on a Saturday morning, I sell my car to get the money for the down payment. Saturday morning comes, and I wake up to a voicemail from Juliana saying "Sorry, we sold it last night." So then I'm stuck without a car. NO COURTESY CALL was made on Friday night asking me if I wanted to make a deposit over the phone or anything--they straight out blindsided me & left me car-less. Now, I can't get them to stop bugging me with follow-up I'd EVER trust them to do business again! STAY AWAY from these folks--they do NOT care about you--just their bonuses.
