Saw an ad online about a truck. Went to check it out in person. Way different in person than pics online. Also, price listed online wasn't the same. They told me that was "internet price".  LAME.

I absolutely recommend Starline Motors for your next purchase. This is a great dealership with variety of makes and models to chose from. I have been a customer of Starline Motors for the past ten years. Between my husband and I, we have purchased six cars from them. I loved the cars that we've gotten!  I have gone from an Explorer to an Expedition then to an X5, and now to a 328 series. My husband has purchased a pickup and now a utility van. With Starline Motors, one never walks into a trap and they cornered or even push to buy anything. The give you ample time to walk around without being shadowed. The workers are always very cordial and patiently answer all our questions. I have referred over five customers to them and up to date, all  are happy and satisfied with their purchases.

I recently purchased a car at starline Motors and I was very happy with my experience. Eddie (manager) was  professional , helpful and most of all friendly. I walked in the dealership unsure of what I wanted but left very satisfied and happy with my choice.

Run far far away. We came to look at their cars for sale and they wouldn't let us test drive them! do you sell cars if you won't let people test drive them?!? The guy said it would be too hard to move a couple other cars to get it out.  We finally got him to at least start the engine and when it made a horrendous noise he said, "Well, that's because the car has been sitting for a few days." Ah. I see. Yeah, most of the cars I've owned make a noise like that after "sitting for a few days." After that they just wanted us to leave--wait, aren't we the customer???  Save yourself the trauma and go ANYWHERE else.

this autorepair/ car dealership isnt bad...ive only been here for simple oil changes, and tune ups

ive also gotten tires mounted here aswell...

fair prices and services...everyone here seems like a giant family...makes me wonder if attributes to the slower service...

This car dealership is the worst! I bought my very first car from them. The first thing that gave me a  funny feeling about them is when I went there to finalize the paperwork for my car and my sister was with me and she was checking out their cars. We noticed a pretty nice car but then one of the workers tells us we don't that car. I asked him why and he told me that it says it has a low mileage but it actually has a high mileage. After that I went into the office to finish the paperwork. I asked the owner about warrenty while I was filling out the paperwork but he said it was too late. Thinking back to it now I should have just walked out then and there but I was young and uninformed. Six months later I start finding out about all these problems my car had. I really regret not getting the warranty for it, but most of all I really regret ever going to Starline Motors. Bottome line, if you want to spend extra money on repairs for a crappy car then Starline Motors is for you, but if you want a decent car without major problems, look elsewhere.
