This place sucks.
They told me if I give them 50% as a down payment they can sell me a  9 year old car!
Are they kidding? I knew I could buy a much newer car anywhere in town if I pay 50% down.
Who needs them?
I went down the street and bought a newer car with much lower miles on it with only 10% down. Nice try though.
I'm still laughing. Lol

Bought a car with them last week and I couldn't be happier. When I drove off the lot I realised there was something wrong with one of the wheels, the next day I came in and they fixed it free of charge. I highly recommend buying a car from here!!!! They have a great selection of cars!!

As much as I DISLIKE writing 5 star reviews, I must say it was an absolute PLEASURE doing business here at Raging MOTORS!  They deserve MANY more stars than just 5, so I am more than happy to give credit where credit is due!

My car buying experience started with few other dealerships (SCUMBAGS, CROOKS, THIEVES!) and ended 3 hours later here at Raging Motors with me driving off completely satisfied with my new toy.

I will not bore you with the details of my AWFUL experience at few other dealerships where I was LIED to, KICKED around, MISTREATED, and almost ROBBED!  I will just say that I had a BAD feeling going into few of these places, and as a result made a quick phone call to Raging Motors at the last minute before heading out.  My reason for the call here was to arrange a back up plan to buy a new car in the event that my gut instinct was correct and that I may wind up walking out of those places UNSATISFIED, which is exactly what happened.

Upon arriving at Raging Motors I was greeted by both Fabian and Hank in sales whom I spoke with during my call.  I arrived guns blazing and ready to be taken advantage of again, however both of these gentlemen sat me down and went over the deal we discussed on the phone with NO PRESSURE!  Hank asked me if I would like to see the car and drive it, which we did.  Although the Car  didn't have the same package as I wanted, I was willing to settle for less just to be taken care of properly.  

Both Fabian and Hank went above and beyond to meet my needs and wants and were extremely personable.  The deal was quickly made and my new Car was already in the back being prepped for departure.  while waiting, I was introduced to the Finance manager Andre who is a WONDERFUL guy that engaged in a lengthy conversation with me and treated me like a human being (Unlike the SCUMBAGS at few other places.  Next we  concluded my paperwork .  Again, there was NO PRESSURE.  Again, I can honestly say it was a PLEASURE to do business here!

About thirty minutes later  I was ready to drive my new used  car.   I hope to continue a long lasting relationship with Raging Motors.

I'm with Adam (below) on this one.

I like the guys, I really do.  They have a nice looking inventory, but the car was a total lemon.  I have to think they did some things to make sure it looked good in the test drive, but it was completely surface level.

The brakes on the thing are warped and getting replaced.  The oil light has come on again, and the mechanic said it looks like it's had long-term oil leaking problems, the windows don't work in the heat (one broke entirely), the glove box stays locked shut, and the rear back up lights work about 2/5th the time.

On an $11k purchase, I've dumped about $2k into the car in the first three months and still haven't taken on the oil leak situation.

The guys at Raging told me they inspect the cars and only take the best.  I think they meant the best deal for them to buy and flip, but certainly not the best cars.

I wish others had been able to get the reality up here and save me so much money and wasted time.

1.  The manager is very abrasive, overpowering, belittles his workers, even started mocking me at one part of the negotiations... I was shocked at that and pointed out he was mocking one of his potential customers and I think he may have realized for a minute he was acting like teenager.  Anyway, he is not trustworthy and makes it very hard for you to disagree with any of his "promises"

2. LOTS of things where wrong with the car and not told to me.  They also did not get taken care of despite the warranty.   During the first few weeks there was a laundry list of problems with the car from one of the windows falling in (this was fixed) to a chip in the windshield I noticed the night I took it off the lot.  My warranty with Raging Motor's "Best and cheapest" mechanics had me covered.   I had even gotten a special 30 day warranty to cover essentially anything, however when I brought that up with the manager he basically laughed at my "special warranty" and implied he didn't have to do anything at all he didn't want to.  

I am about 6 months out now and have put HUNDREDS if not over 1K into the car to get what I thought I was originally buying (not a cheap car to start with).  The crack in the windshield they said they fixed is now all the way across so more $$ is coming in repairs.  

I was strongly lead to believe that the car connected to my cell phone... Nope, just has a cell phone button that doesnt do anything.  When I had brought up the cell phone issue before purchasing it was always, "oh i think so and so will be able to set that up for you...well check when hes back".  They obviously knew it didn't have that capability.  

Same thing with how they told me it wasn't a smokers car.  Days after buying it it couldn't have been clearer the prior owner was a heavy smoker.

Finally, for their "best and cheapest mechanics".  I got to witness their attempt at fixing a leak that developed in my engine my first week with the car.  I don't wish to speak poorly of this "mechanic" but it was the worst most illogical thing I've ever seen.  I would be blown away if that person had any mechanical certification.  When I brought it to a real auto body shop afterwards the first thing the guy said was "Who the hell worked on this?"

Anyway, I feel ripped off and had a very uncomfortable experience with the abrasive manager Fabian.  He promised me during the negotiations that in two months I would be so happy with the car and their service I would write a 5 star review...  I gave them over two months.  1 Star at best, find a car elsewhere.

I bought a car here and had started having problems with it right away. First I needed new brakes, then it was new struts. Then it was a new radiator, spark plugs, and an air filter. The warranty they provided with the purchase covered none of it. A few months after that (once this anemic warranty was expired) I had problem after problem. I had to replace the thermostat, the starter switch, and then the battery, among other things. There was a period of time where I was at the mechanic at least every other week. Thankfully this car is finally in working condition, although it still runs pretty rough.

I really should have had this car inspected before buying it, however, it begs the question: should you buy a car from a dealer where you feel it's so necessary to have an inspection beforehand? Why not just buy from someone that you trust, who you know will sell you a good car without any hassle to begin with? This dealership either sold me a car that they knew was in bad shape, or they just weren't competent enough to realize that it had a lot of problems. Either way, that is not a good sign.

Affordable, reliable, and great selection of cars. Moved to LA from out of state for grad school and needed a car to get around for the next couple of years. The guys at Raging Motors were super helpful in helping me find a car within my budget and even let me bring it to an outside mechanic to get inspected. It's been 3 months since I've purchased the car and have no complaints. Fantastic experience and would recommend to anyone in the market for a used car!

I have bought several cars from Raging motors over that past few years.  I am impressed with their excellent service.  I have never had any problems with them, or the cars I bought. Haik gave great customer service, he sold me the cars at the lowest price, I did a lot of shopping around, he had the greatest deals.  I would recommend this dealership to everyone, and I can't wait to do more business with this company. I was a new driver buying my first car in a state I'm not originally from. I came across a car online from Raging Motors by chance and I'm so happy I did. They were more than happy to speak to me as well as my father, who is across the country, with every question we had. They assisted me in every way possible, even driving me up the block to the bank because it was a hot day. They were friendly, kind, understanding and reliable. My car had no issues and they even put in a new piece that I wouldn't even know to check. A few months after buying it, someone had knocked off my side mirror. I immediately called Raging Motors and they got a new one for me and were able to help me ASAP. Also, I recently got into a small accident and they let me get my car towed to them and took my car to a shop they know and trust. I definitely trust Raging Motors. I've suggested their place to all my friends and I will definitely be returning for my next car.

I had just moved to the state, and was not excited at figuring out all the details involved in purchasing a car - financing, insurance, registration, etc...  I had done my research on the cars that I was considering and knew about what price to expect  - purchasing via craigslist vs. a dealership.   Was very relieved to be given a print out of the Carmax for the car I was looking at upon arrival.  They helped me do everything at the dealership - including register for AAA - I felt all set up and ready to conquer the city.  Thank you!
