They deserve all the stars in the world I got my Hyundai Sonata hybrid from them and Raffi was helping us. he got me the greatest deal ever. Every body was so helpful and great costumer service thank you so much keys Hyundai of woodland hills team keep up good work and I really appreciate.

Yesterday I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into this dealership to look at a 2015 Hyundai Sonata. I had made an inquiry with Matthew Aharoni and he exceeded everything I had requested. On 4/13/15 I bought a genesis coupe 3.8 ultimate from Matthew Aharoni and he took very good care of me. Let me just start by saying I came to this dealership about 1 year ago and they where shitty. Now with the new staff and manage I can see that they actually care about there customers. Mathew hooked it up got me a great deal on the car kept offering me  condiments. He pulled some strings for me and got the exact trim I wanted from another dealership. I will be keeping this car until until it's payed off then buying another one as long as they keep up the good service. Thank you so much Mathew for your hard work. He comes the negative and the only reason I'm 5 staring this is solely on how Mathew took care of me.

Greg Miller started as a great finance guy, but after he tried selling me something and I rejected it. After that he started to get frustrated at me and becoming angry. Then I asked him some questions on how to he got his numbers and said man your making me into a lease calculated and couldn't not answer the question. After about 10min some guy named Armin came in and was easily able to answer my question.

I would give 5 stars, but here's the story.

It was my first time purchasing a car and I brought my parents to see the different version of a Sonata 2015.

First off parking was easy, it was very close to building and we were instantly greeted once we stepped outside our car. They have a huge selection in their lot ( additional floor of cars) which made this location stand out to me. Their office is clean, organized, and snacks, computers, and WiFi are provided.

On Day 1...
We arrived at 5 PM at were greeted by Samim. As a 21 yr old I was often neglected as other dealerships since people assumed it was my parents buying the car, but Samim actually shook my hand first. Samim provided excellent customer service - patient, understanding, listened to my needs, friendly, helpful, and the list goes on. He was what made this location stand out to me! We felt comfortable during this shopping experience because of his assistance.

Sadly, I became instantly turned off by this location after meeting Raffi Gaprilinn (Internet/Fleet Manager). He's the reason I can't give this location 5 stars- off his customer service I wouldn't have given a star at all. I've never met anyone so rude, demeaning, and overall provided the worst customer service experience. When we were discussing numbers he did not list to our needs. I understand this process is frustrating as it is a negotiation -but he was ridiculous. At one point my dad told him he didn't need to raise his voice and proceeded in raising his voice louder. We we're there until 9 PM (4 hrs) listening to him make fun of in a glass office with open doors, he made false promises of providing pictures of the interior of sonata ( they didn't have the car I actually wanted), left us alone for long periods of time, and like I had mentioned an unnecessarily raised voice and rude attitude.

Honestly, I was horrified - I left never wanting to come back and even doubting whether I should purchase a hyundai.

On Day 2....
I decided to redeem my TrueCar Certificate and within 5 seconds received a call from their Internet Manager, Cameron Canaan! MY life saver! My family and I had  initially begun heading to mission hills when he called and said he would take care of us. He said he would get the car I wanted at the price I wanted. When we go there I was impressed; I cannot express how amazing his customer service skills are - he was welcoming, attentive, understanding, and energetic. Right away he made us feel at home with his positive energy. He worked with our number, listened to my needs, and truly made this process memorable. He clearly put his customers first. He wanted us happy and we left happy.

The Sonata I had wanted was only in two locations and the one they could trade with was in San Diego. He left before the Financial Paperwork around 3:30 PM to get my car and deliver it to my house. He told me he'd give me the car I wanted by today and he did it! He got to my place at 11:45 PM and Samim was there to get him. Cameron and Samim are the only reason I returned to this location and i am so grateful for their hard work. Cameron went above and beyond and I recommend him completely.

I have taken my car into Keyes many times for service. Whether it is an easy oil and lube or a 60,000 mile checkup, the service has been great. The service reps and techs are friendly and helpful. I am always welcomed with a smile, and quickly, by Rickia or whoever is in the service area. Rickia has a great sense of the car and has been able to figure out weird things in my car, such as realizing a plastic bottle under the drivers' seat can cause the airbag light to light up, or when it took 3 technicians to figure out how to change the language on the radio, Rickia figured it out first. The service manager, Mario, is very helpful as well.  When I took my car in because we couldn't figure it out, he suggested I bring it in and let them have it for a couple of hours.  He personally came and picked me up at my house when the service was completed.
I don't even mind waiting in the very comfortable waiting area while my car is being worked on. There's water, fresh baked, warm cookies, fruit, and a coffee machine. And I can't leave out the smell of popcorn coming from the front room.
I will definitely recommend this place to any Hyundai owner and I will continue to bring my car in for service.

Hello I see a variety of reviews concerning the make & dealership. I just bought a Sonata & drove it home an hour ago. My experience included that of patience and ability to work with me. There was a mishap wherein the dealership took initiative to correct and they did it with class. One point I do believe is inappropriate on the part of Hyundai is the lack of spare tire. One point of the dealership is to indicate to simply add the tire was an additional $50 on my package. Which I would have gladly paid for.  In short, my experience with Jonathan, Matthew & Mike was not only professional but memorable. My suggestion is really do your homework when looking at options, etc. I would highly recommend Keyes of Woodland Hills as my experience was positive in nature.

The service at this dealership is awful!.. I was in the process of purchasing a new vehicle when I told them the price and lease term I was willing to accept.. 5 hours later (no exaggeration) at 11:00 pm I am signing the leasing papers when I realized they tried to pull a fast one changing the lease term from 36 to 48 months and the price that was agreed on for my trade in vehicle! If you are going to buy a hyundai go with hyundai of glendale, they are much more professional and will not waste your time!

I regret getting my car from them. They messed up all of the paperwork when we were purchasing the car which ended up in us waiting an additional hour or so just for them to fix their mistake. Everyone looked like they didn't know what the hell they were doing. Then they failed to collect all of the paperwork that they needed up front and now keep harassing us for shit they failed to mention when we were there. I have had much better service and overall experience at other car dealers.

I have been taking my car here since she was brand spanking new. Customer service is always on point, and their service has always been faster than expected.

FOR EXAMPLE
I went in recently for my 15k service. I didn't have an appointment, but I told the gentleman working that day that I would not mind waiting until something opens up. He found a way to get it started right away, and I was out of there faster than the projected time.

SNACKS!!!
Best part about it all, they have donuts, cookies, pop corn, a variety of hot beverages, water, and fruit. In addition to the multiple computers they have, Keyes Hyundai really make the experience enjoyable. Maybe I'm just a fatty.

Maybe I will swing by sometime to say hello, and grab a few snacks while I'm at it ;p

I was thrilled when I was finally able to purchase a new car for myself but absolutely dreading the process. My understanding of anything mechanical is basic and I do not respond well to pressure.  I had already decided on a Hyundai and done my research on line.  Now I had to face my fears and shop for the actual car.

I got lucky when I stopped by Keyes Hyundai in Woodland Hills and started looking at cars on the lot.  The salesman who approached me, De Andre Anthony, was perfect for me.  Professional, patient, and tireless in answering my many, many, questions and then quiet during the test drive.  Never once did I feel any undue pressure to buy.  De Andre simply spoke about the cars with confidence and knowledge.  

When I decided to get the car I wanted, De Andre brought me to the Finance Dept., where Greg Jarvis helped me get everything in order.  No pressure there either; just professionalism.

I could not be happier with the car I bought and with the gentlemen who sold it to me.  The process was painless.

My boyfriend and I came here looking to buy his first car. After our unpleasant experience at the mission hills hyundai dealer we decided to call woodland hills to see about their inventory. I, luckily, got transferred to Gilbert. He was so helpful and personable from the very beginning! Right away he was willing to go above and beyond for us, which we really appreciated! Gilbert really did make our first car buying experience a great one! He did his very best to get a deal we were comfortable with. Thanks to him we got a great deal on a 2015 Genesis coupe! EVERYBODY wants a GREAT deal~both the consumer and the dealership. This is the genesis where real car buying action begins. But in the end, who is going to be the real winner?

After six weeks of car shopping at Hyundai dealers from Santa Maria to Pasadena:
I was tired, frustrated, feeing futile AND ready to change to a completely different auto manufacturer. I decided to call and give Keyes Hyundai a try DESPITE another dealer's warning.

What I wanted was a specific model, with specific color(s), and no frills. A base model.
Nobody had one of these. If they said they had one, you get there and suddenly it's gone, or it's going to "arrive on the next shipment." But never does any dealer come up with what the customer wants, EXCEPT Keyes!

Granted, a sales person had to drive to pick up #thecarofmydreams in a dealer swap , but the right sales person and Keyes team made it happen! They cared enough to listen and work to honor their word. They brought the car into my arms all ready for it's new home! Because the entire staff cared, listened to and respected my request, they pushed through every obstacle to make this happen. In fact, they would not allow any obstacles in their way.

I am forever grateful to Aran, Raffi, Michael, Amir and Mike the GM for their humor, respect, persistence and reassurance that they exhibited.

Rather than being called the dreaded "Other Side" of a potential "nightmare" sales equation, they became, for me, the possibility that lives in dedicated service and commitment.

Go celebrate guys! I know that I am and will continue celebrating a new car made possible by all of you!

If I could add more stars I would. Everyone here from the general manager Mike to our sales man Raffi, to the assistants here at Hyundai truly amazing service. They made sure we were comfortable and we didn't feel pushed or pressured to buy any car. They took their time to show us around and made us feel welcomed. I love the car we got and they gave us an awesome deal!!!! Can't say enough. Also Amir from finance did such a good job with explaining everything and making sure that we were comfortable with what they had to offer. Never tried to sell extra just mentioned it. Awesome staff, Thank you Hyundai woodland hills.

So i was looking for a used luxury car so i decided to stop by Keyes Hyundai in Woodland Hills. I live locally so it was really convenient for me. Raffi was well informed  in response to all of my questions and really gave me the proper time and attention. I enjoyed how there was no pressure and they allowed me to consider all of my options before making the commitment. I almost forgot to mention that I got a great deal on my new car.

Definitely recommend. :)

A few years ago I purchased a car from this shop and I still regret it! I lost count on how many times they called after offering deals even AFTER I DIRECT request them to stop calling me. After that, they moved their tactic to send me junk mail... thanks to app Paperkarma, I was able to get rid of all their stupid junk... today... on a Sunday morning, they reached a new level... somehow they decided to chase me on my email... I naturally blocked them and report spam, once I ALWAYS decline to be contacted like that.
This guys are stalkers or they must be desperate... anyway, I will NEVER step into this shop ever again!

This is the worst automotive repair I have ever seen. I took my Hyundai Genesis Coupe which I bought from Woodland Hills Keys in to get new emblems put on it. Not only did they charge me 300 dollars. But when they brought the car back to me the emblems were all crooked. The rear emblem was hanging off. I asked them to remove it and put a new one on. They told me that they would have to order new one because they had none in stock. They said I would be getting a call from them soon. That was two months ago. I am now at the dealership I talked to the parts manager he informed me that before she had been in for quite some time. Anyway to make a long story short these guys haven't a clue about anything not even the simplest of things like a damn emblem. So what ended up happening is I put the emblems on myself front and back sitting outside of the dealership. I would not recommend to my worst enemy getting a car from Woodland Hills Honda keys nor getting your car serviced there by any means at all.

Went here the other day to drop off my parents suv for an oil change. I also had an email for a free car wash because it was my moms birthday.

I called before going in, around 2 pm. The girl on the phone told me I could bring the car in and the oil change would take no longer than an hour. I told her I would be there in about 15 minutes. Not even 10 minutes later I arrive and pull up to the service area.

A gentleman comes out and starts taking the mileage and name. I ask him how long the oil change will take. He told me an hour and a half to two hours. I mentioned that I just spoke to someone and they said it would only be an hour. He said that they are taking their last car not because they were closing soon. This was before 3 pm. I asked when they close and he said 5.

Why would they take their last car at 2:30 if they close at 5. I think he just didn't want to take in another car. A simple oil change only takes 30-45 mins. It's literally only one bolt and a oil filter. I didn't like the way he handled the situation. We will be taking his vehicle to Van Nuys Hyundai from now on. They are much more customer oriented.

Worst customer service. I've attempted to come here twice to have my Accent serviced & I am convinced that I will never come back here. I would rather visit Pep Boys or something for servicing. At least they seem to actually care about my business.

I traded in my BMW 328 for a 2014 Sonata Hybrid. Gilbert Masihi helped me through the process and it was one of the most pleasant dealership experiences I've had. He was very honest with me and tried to get me the best deal. He was very laid back and made me feel at ease. I was in shock how easy the whole process turned out to be. I loved that no one was pushy like most dealerships usually are. The dealership itself is a nice one, very pleasant on the inside and had good music. They detailed and filled up my tank before I drove off of the dealership.

Overall I felt so comfortable while I was being given the  most amazing deal ever!!!

I keep raving about this car and the deal I got to everyone on facebook and instagram... Some of my friends with BMW's are looking into this car now. It's a smart move if you ask me :)

Got a 2014 Sonata from here and I must say this is a very nice dealership with excellent selection, free coffee and donuts, and ample parking. The sales manager "Mostasa" is a nice dude and took his time to explain details about the transaction to me but the other Armenian/Middle Eastern dude "Aram", finance person, seemed kind of pushy and I am pretty sure he was lying to me when he told me I could not take off the "key/fob insurance" from my contract.  Would definitely recommend this Hyundai dealership to others but make sure you do your homework and read over the terms and contract they generate before you sign anything to make sure they don't add anything to your contract that you don't need or ask for.
Also, on a good note, this dealership gave me a full tank of gas when I left with my new car and also gave me another full tank of gas when I went back a week later to have the car's features further explained to me.
Lastly, not cool to add "Paint protection packages" to their cars and mark them up by hundreds of dollars when this "paint protection package" is a mere set of 3M clear decals that cost under 50 bucks.
