Reviews on Keyes Best Used Cars

First off let me make this point:
DO NOT COME HERE, YOU WILL FEEL PRESSURED. MULTIPLE SALESMEN WILL BOMBARD YOU AND OVERWHELM/ CONFUSE YOU.
Continue to read for details.

My boyfriend and I came here Saturday looking to trade in our car for a newer used car.
When we first arrived we were greeted by a salesman named Luciano who was nice and helped us look around. We told him what we were looking for and what we wanted to trade in. We asked him about the other Keyes on Van Nuys and if they had any cars in our price range (15,000-20,000) he said no. All the cars at the other places are 20k+. He told us he would be right back while he left to find out how much he could get us for our trade in.
So as we walked around another salesman came out and approached us in a very rude way practically pressuring us to buy there even after repeatedly telling him we were looking today and making a purchase tomorrow.
He was extremely rude! Everytime we would ask him what the trade in value would be and he kept saying "it doesn't matter, cost doesn't matter, I'll give you a good deal. Let's make a deal."
The best way I could describe him is a sleasy salesman with an exaggerated version of john travoltas butt chin and an ill-fitting suit. I'm surprised he didn't have a cigarette hanging out of his mouth the whole time.
I tried to politely tell him that we wanted to be sure of what we wanted before we signed anything. He was so pushy insisting that we go inside to see what kind of deal he could make for us, despite us not even looking inside one of the cars at all. "Let's make a deal right now. Let's make a deal right now!" We ended this conversation by him saying "you guys don't know how to shop for cars."
Wtf?
Then another guy came out with longer hair, claiming to be the floor manager, asking if we wanted to take a look inside this honda accord that we vaguely expressed interest in at the beginning of our visit. Sure?
We didn't care to test drive it because it wasn't what we were looking for.
Then out comes the pushy one again saying we don't know what were looking for and to come back when were ready to make a deal.
No! Were never coming back. Ever.
Luciano then finally came back out and handed us our registration and didn't even say anything else. Just walked away.
Come to find out the Keyes across the street and down the street have SEVERAL cars between 10k and 20k.
Turns out we found an amazing car down the street with salesmen that are professional and courteous and understanding that it's YOUR money to spend, NOT theirs!

Never in my life have I felt so small, belittled, as I did when I left Keyes Best Used Cars. I walked in looking for a inexpensive car to get me around and I wanted to pay cash. The salesperson was friendly and tried to get me to finance a car. When I politely declined he went and brought out a person who I assumed to be the manager. This guy stared down at me, arms folded, and preceded to try to bully me into financing a car. I told him that I really didn't want a monthly payment because my industry is unstable. He then told me that anything I DID manage to find would be crap and I was stupid for not financing one of his cars. Not only will I NEVER go there again (except to maybe roll over his foot with the beautiful SUV I found for $3500 cash) but I will warn anyone that will listen about him as well.
