Reviews on Hanaro Motors

This business is owned by a very experienced car dealer who has been working with cars for several decades.  He will also refer you to great local businesses for maintenance as well.  I currently have an awesome, affordable, competitive lease that is perfect for my budget and needs.  I've referred this place to several of my friends and have heard great things.  Recommended!

This place has very friendly service!  This local business just got started recently and they mainly get their business through referrals (like me!), which is always a good sign showing they care about their customer relationships.

omg I want to give 0 star or even minus. I just experienced same thing with the guy who wrote the review below. I tried to sell my carmax and they said My car was in two accidents and repainted apron! They never reported me about the accident happened. This is so lame. This business should shut down right now before everyone sue them. They're just ripping off people. Don't ever go. Their salesmen who is chubby with beard is so careless and b*tch.

I referred multiple people to this business who have both bought cars and went elsewhere. They have always said great things and had great experiences! I'm very surprised at the two negative reviews of this company and frankly don't believe them. It wouldn't hurt to try them out and check out their great prices!

I purchased a 2006 Mini Cooper S from the dearship around a year ago and financed it for 11700, before sales tax. When I took the car for a test drive, everything seemed okay with it, except for the fact that the sales man forgot to tell me that the car had previously been owned by 3 other people, and had  been in one accident. The Sales guy kept saying he had a carfax, but never actually showed me a report. After 3 months of driving the car, the transmission started to fail on me, the gears would get stuck on 3rd and 4th and the car would shut off on me on the freeway ( almost got into two serious accidents!!!). Took it to a MINI dealership and they told me that I needed a new trasmission, which was going to cost me around 8-11k. I ended up having to trade it in and took a 5k loss on the vehicle. I wouldnt recommend going here unless you want to be riped off! Their business should be shut down.

I purchased a 2006 lexus gs300 from them a little less than a year ago for 22k cash @ the time when I was looking at the car everything seemed pretty legit minus the salesman forgetting to tell me that the car was in an accident..the manager who I dealt with had brought it up later..."small one" he said..the car was fine for about 2 months then the paint started cracking at the quarter panel and now there are many cracks and the paints lifting off..I just recently finished a course in automotive repair painting and thoroughly went over my car and noticed that the whole vehicle has been repainted and fixed very poorly..they repair it quick and shine it up but the poor quality will have you paying in the end. Be careful..Decent price, but costs more for the repairs down the line.
