Fiat has the best sales men!!! Ernesto is absolutely the guy to go to, very professional and knows his cars. Antonio is also very helpful and tries to help you as much as he can in achieving your price goal. I loved my experience there, recommended highly.

I love motor village LA! Suejey always takes care of me when it comes to service. I always feel at home and she is so professional! Also Franklin who is in charge of my actually getting my car fixed is always so nice and making sure I get what I need . They should have 100 more people like Suejey and Franklin Hernandez! You guys rock and you make getting my car serviced a wonderful experience !

Very dissatisfied with this fiat dealership.

I called down and ask for Fiat and ended up with a Chrysler Salesman.   Only to find out that I can't use him because it's stupid.   Fiat & Chrysler don't know while the cells people to work both departments its just one of the other.    My original  salesman was really cool.

There's only two salesman in the whole gigantic dealership.

The old guy I had was absolutely disinterested in selling me the car I was interested in. Which btw was the most expensive Arbarth convertible in the inventory.  

They keep them on the roof and after a long trip up there.   He scowled at me when I wanted to drive it it was parked and pined am behind two cars and he was like just drive this cheap coupe and see if you like it.

so I was like fine if I like it then I'll buy the other one.

So it takes forever to get them out of the garage.

So I drove down the street and four minutes later he says turnaround I've got another customer I've got to go and meet.

And that was the end of him.  I never saw him again.

Stupid decision on his part that lady about the other car was the cheapest one they have.   How do I know cause I saw them as they were test driving her car.

So I went to Palm Springs Fiat and bought an even more expensive one

Stupid.

Thank You so much for wasting what little time I had. I researched a ton till I found the Fiat I wanted, so I emailed the place and the reply said, " yes, Its available! so with money in hand after JUST selling my other car, and a blank check to pay for it IN FULL, I walked in and waited for Linda to finish up with her other new car sale she had just finalized, I tell her Im her for the car I emailed you about ( it was used) she proceeds to immediately try to persuade me in to buying a new one, but  like I said I did my research and had money IN hand..so 1 st we walk all over the place from floor to floor and outside lot looking for the car that was " available" after asking a few other people its up on the 3rd floor hidden away with dents on it and not ready to test drive or anything, so technically " its NOT available" and remind you I JUST sold my other car...already getting frustrated Linda talks to her " manager" and says he will be helping us..so we sit....and sit...and sit, and he comes out to talk to a couple of men at a table, he then sits at the table and aggressively works on selling them a car, and we continue to wait, he then has to walk right past us to return to his office and as he does looks the opposite way the whole walk , not once acknowledging us , as if we were just part of the furniture...so, now I have no car even though I planned it out not to end up this way, and I am beyond frustrated with this place since I have to work all week and do not have any time to go back there or anywhere else for that matter ,so thank you for ruining my night, my week and much more..

If I could give a 0 Star I would.  I was given false information. The worst customers service and was about to make a car deal with the worst dealership I have EVER been to.  Linda was the sales rep I was dealing with.  I inquired about a certain fiat that I wanted to purchase.  After emailing me back saying the car was available.  I drove over an hr to get to the dealership got there and they couldn't find the car. After just emailing me a few hours ago I found that very unprofessional. When I arrived she was just finishing up a NEW CAR  purchase and was so overwhelmed with trying to make her pervious clients happy I walked all over the dealership with her when I thought she was trying to find the car I was there for she was still getting the previous car ready for her other customers.  She could of passed me to another sales rep but didn't.  After going from the 2nd floor to the 3rd floor down to the first floor, back outside.  I started to think this was a joke. What dealership could be this unorganized.  especially after the fact that I had just emailed her and she told me YES car is available.  After finally finding the car, buried.  It wasn't ready.  It had dents all over one side, couldn't test drive, it smelled gross. Needless to say it was a complete disappointment.  I had a check in hand thinking I was going to purchase a car that day. After being overly frustrated Linda tried to make us wait to speak to her sales manager who also was extremely unprofessional.  He was dealing with another customer (pushing a sale) when walking back and forth right in front of me acted like I was INVINCIBLE.  This place is the worst si unprofessional under staffed waste of time

I got a car from here from Linda Mintz. Easiest car buying experience I have had so far. She went above and beyond and was super helpful and friendly. She was very knowledgeable and she also gave me a great deal. I was in and out in an hour and didn't feel any pressure. I recommend Linda to all my friends.

I have a 2015 fiat 500 sport which is due for its first oil change. I called and left a message for the service department that I would like to schedule an appointment and left all my contact information. A week and a half no call back. I called today to schedule it and the woman told me that they are really busy and that's it's just what I have to deal with since they are the busiest location. This woman told me that she would schedule me an appointment but I would still be waiting in a line (which is fine, we live in LA). This woman was so rude on the phone. What happened to customer service? I was nice and just wanting to schedule an appointment so I feel like I should get that back. I will never come to this location or tell my friends to buy here. Go to Santa Monica. SO much nicer, I called there service area and they were so pleasant. Much happier somewhere else.

Our family dropped in to look at the Fiat 500L. We came in as their website's inventory listed one with a very rare color combination that we particularly liked. We were warmly greeted by Art Sartippour, who was incredibly warm, gracious, and polite. We were treated by him as if we were his personal houseguests - not exactly what you expect from the typical car salesperson.

Art treated us with dignity and didn't play games with us. We told him what we wanted to pay and he worked diligently to make the deal work, and to show us all of our options with full disclosure and honesty.

We had our four year old daughter with us, and we neglected to bring any sort of entertainment for her with us. Art was extremely kind and attentive to her, and even presented her with a scale model of a 500c for her to play with. He also sent us a couple of thoughtful gifts after the sale too!

I can't recommend Art enough as a salesperson; he breaks every stereotype of the cheesy and slimy car salesman. We love our new car, and we absolutely recommend Art in particular if you are in the market for a new Fiat.

As a side note, we really liked the showroom space. It looks fresh, modern, and speaks to the brand values that Fiat is trying to communicate very well. Check it out!

One person the you would want to consult with at this spot would be FRANKLIN very helpful information, friedly and very courteous. Went to puente hills Dodge for an estimate on some of the maintance services on my 13 charger, one of the dudes was robbing me, while FRANKLIN here at motor village was saving me $$$$ car got serviced with exactly what it needed and was given future service advise. Defiantly going back when my vehicle needs professional handling, here at MOTOR VILLAGE OF LA

I'm very upset with my last oil change! When I picked up my car my armrest was broken! How and why u might ask? As I was driving out it was broken and scraped my arm they didn't have the decency to tell me hey we broke your armrest. When I left the the employee said no problem we will fix it tomorrow! When I came back today he said we'll we don't even know if u had your car like that when first came in!!!! Well it's covered under my warranty so why so have to make stupid comments! You guys failed to tell me something you did to my car! How I'm I suppose to feel I can't trust this place any longer next time they can brake something bigger and blame it on me.

Will not be coming back for service any longer. Bought my car from them three years ago. Took less time to buy the car than to get an oil change WITH AN APPT. Every time. Not coming back again.

Art was very helpful in finding me an amazing deal. He was also very sweet! He explained the features and differences of the models very well and it helped me very much in making a decision pretty quickly. He made sure that I got the right car and really couldn't have done better in giving me the best experience of buying my first car. I would definitely look for Art when going to Fiat at Motor Village!

Pure negligence. I went in to get an oil exchange and check my tire pressure on my fiat. Whoever did it, put my hub cap on wrong and left off the cap on my tire. The hub cap flew off when I was driving down the highway. When I drove 30 miles to bring my car back in for a new hub cap there was no apology, just that "Accidents happen on the job" without even making any eye contact. The carelessness and poor customer service seems to be a philosophy they all carry at this dealership. Horrible experience. I brought my fiat in expecting quality, found NONE.

This review is for the service section of the dealership. I took my car in for an oil chage and they told me they found an oil leak but it was under warrenty. Jennifer told me that I needed to bring the car back in for them to see where the leak was coming from. She scheduled me for a couple days later and when I brought my car back before she even checked me in told me she needed to keep it over night. I wish she told me this when I scheduled the appt becuase I wasen't expecting to leave it over night. She called me the next day to tell me they found the leak and it will take a week to fix. I said ok initially but called back an hour later because I realized one week would be on Christmas eve. She was not there when I called back so I talked to the manager Chip and explained that I needed it back before Christmas eve and if they couldnt do that Id come pick it back up and do this repair after the holidays. He said he would check with the tech and call me back first thing in the morning. He never called so I called the next day and got ahold of Jessica telling her the same thing. At which point she told me they already took my car apart and are waiting for parts and dont want to put it back togther but that she will check with tech to see if he can have it done before christmas eve. I explained to her I need her to please call me back becuase Chip already didnt get back to me. She assured me she would but once again no one called me. They pretty much held my car hostage because no one wanted to get around to doing what they said. At this point I called again she said she cant tell me when my car will be done because for the 3rd time the tech left early for the day. I understand it takes time but I called back an hour after agreeing to the time frame and my car just sat there not being worked on when I could have brought it back at a better time. Most inconsiderate employees I've ever dealt with. They could care less its is the holidays and that I needed my car.

Despite having some issues to work out in the beginning, my experience came to a very happy close. Art was very kind and like a father through the car-buying process. Antonio, the Sale Manager, went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my deal and experience, in the end.

Expensive Parts!
This is in regard to the parts only. You know, we live in LA and that means people steal shit--like hubcaps--and they're lucky turnabout isn't fair play, because its a temptation, but I do stray. A single hubcap at this dealer is $50, and we can only imagine its another $50 to install. Online, you can get the same hubcap for $20, plus $9 for shipping. And as everyone knows, installing a hubcap isn't rocket science.
How do these people stay in business?

Linda was a great help, and very patient with all my questions about leasing a 500e. I ended up leasing it at a great deal.

She kept me up to date on the delivery date, and she pushed to get me the car as quickly as she possibly could. She was exceptionally thorough with all the information I needed, which I really appreciated as a first time lessee!

All I have to say is Linda Mintz (salesman) was awesome! She represented her dealer well. I called and asked if she could beat a competitor's lease and she did. I asked her if she could do it that same night (after they closed) and she did. I was in and out within an hour. She even helped me with another Fiat I purchased the day before. I highly recommend her, I can't speak for anyone else, but she was extremely helpful-can't enough about her. You will not be disappointed.

Wow. Who would have thought I would be writing such a positive review about a car dealership but here I am doing just that! Johnny Juarez was stellar! I have been shopping for a Fiat 500e for 2 months.at the beginning of Oct the crazy $99 a month lease special rolled out. I was quoted 2 very different monthly payments and "drive offs" by Santa Monica and Autonation, plus the " well It's not really $99 a month" speech. It was hard to trust anything the dealers were quoting because their numbers  were not matching my math. Fast forward to today. I called 5 dealerships looking for the exact color combo I wanted on The 500e and no one had it. I called Johnny who immediate said "yes we have one that just came out of pre delivery inspection" and was charging. I asked if it was sold "nope, it's yours if you can get here ASAP" I knew there was a demand for these vehicles, but I needed to wait for my better, smarted half to get home.  I called Johnny at 6:30 to let him know I was coming but to please call me if someone else showed up to buy it.

Whew! We made it. Johnny was true to his word. We were only there an hour and a half. The car was exactly the price he quoted and all we did was fill out the application and walk into finance to sign and drive! It has never been easier to conduct business at a car dealership ever!

Johnny's integrity, customer service and professionalism was head and shoulders above any other dealer I dealt with!

I already emailed the manager last year after my terrible experience at this dealership when I went in to get a Fiat 500e. Never heard back. Just went to Fiat Glendale for service (which was great) and was reminded of my bad experience at the downtown location.

To put it brief, I got Pretty Woman'd. I went in on a Saturday, said I'd done a lot of research and wanted to get on the waiting list to lease a 500e. I was on my way to the beach so I was wearing shorts and flipflops, but she took that as a chance to assume I didn't have the money to buy/lease a car. Outside of being rude and not paying me much attention, she went on to tell me I probably couldn't get the advertised deal because "you need really good credit." Little did she know that I have GREAT credit. She also said, you need to have very good financials....which I also have. She also told me I could not take the car out of state....which I found out later was not true.

I ended up driving to Fiat Santa Monica where they told me I have the kind of credit that Dealerships dream of....and immediately I got on the waitlist and had my 500E about 2 weeks later. Fiat SM also told me he's heard similar stories from other customers coming from Fiat of LA downtown.

I live close to Fiat of LA but still drive to Fiat Glendale for service since I refuse to go there. I love my Fiat 500E and will probably get another next time around.  I'd love to go Pretty Woman them back and tell them. "I was in here yesterday, you wouldn't wait on me. Big mistake. Big. Huge." But I just don't have the time.

Linda helped me buy my car here a week after I had moved to LA. I could not have asked for a better experience. She was patient with me on deciding every detail from the color to the model. I ended up with a new Luce Blu 500c and I love it. Linda made the purchase comfortable and talked me through all of the details including specific rebates I was eligible for. I am in love with this car and I was so happy and reassured with my decision. It's been a month since I bought it and and I'm pleased to say that my license plates and registration, that were arranged to be mailed directly to my residence at the time of purchase, have arrived and with 550 miles of happy driving (only gassed up twice), and a couple of check ins to make sure things were running smoothly from Linda I could not have made a better decision. 5 easy stars to give. You rock Linda!

Dealer has misrepresented the mileage on the 500e!!!  We have let them know we are experiencing a 25-35 mile difference even with AC off, and they have done nothing to help.  We were very inquisitive about the mileage when we were purchasing and what we were told is not what we're getting.  

Very disappointed in this experience.

I just bought my fiat 500 abarth cabrio from this dealer. I never though buying a car is that easy. Their services were excellent!! Especially one of their sales representative Mr. ART SARTIPP made everything so easy and smooth. It only took about couple of hours to get my keys in my hands.. I highly recommend fiat LA and Mr. SARTIPP!

I recently bought a Fiat at LA Motor Village. Art Sartippour was my sales & leasing consultant for the 2nd time. I was a return customer because of the excellent treatment I received from him 2 years ago. I actually drove all the way from San Diego to lease my new Fiat from Art because he is truly the best. I highly recommend anyone looking to lease or purchase a car, to go see Art, you won't be disappointed. I hope I can make the drive up in 3 yrs when my lease is up so I can get my 3rd car from him. A couple months ago, I requested a car quote on Fiat's website from local dealerships in town. Out of the seven or so responders, it was clear, right away, that one was far and away more determined to get our business. That was Linda Mintz (officially Sales Client Advisor) at Motor Village LA.  

The volume of details and energy she packed into her emails about the car we wanted (Fiat 500e) was better and more informed than everybody else's. With Linda, it was always "what other information do you need to make your selection?"  We didn't have to ask a lot of questions because she was so good about laying it all out on the table from the very beginning, from technical aspects of the car to the options on our eventual lease.

Finally, a week ago, we were ready to make a deal and after a very fair phone negotiation with Sales Manager Antonio Castillo, we were ready to come in and get the car from Linda, same day.

She is a 500e expert (having one of her own) and walked us through every aspect of what we were to expect with our new electric car.  First and foremost, she prepared all the paperwork necessary to make sure we filed for our $2,500 California State rebate (check expected to be mailed in about 6 weeks) that comes with being an electric car owner/leaser.

Next, it was all car.  She took us on a final shake-down drive, paired our smartphones with the car, and answered dozens of additional questions we hadn't thought of previously and then filled-in the gaps with her own driving tips.  An electric car is a pleasant adjustment from a gas vehicle, but an adjustment nonetheless and she prepared us well.

So it's been a week and we love the car.  We're mostly inner-city commuters, so it's perfect with a lot of zip from the electric torque.  And the feeling you get passing the gas station is just... well, you'll know what I'm talking about when you make the switch.  But the final added bonus?  It's Linda, e-mailing us: "is everything okay with the car?" "Do you have any more questions?"  "I'm just a phone call away".

The last car I bought, when I drove off the lot, they didn't want anything to do with me.  I get it.  Sell and move on.  But Linda is just so refreshing with her willingness to make sure the everything's copacetic.  Well, that is worth writing about.  And hopefully in the future, coming back to.

After spending an entire weekend of car shopping and being disappointed, we decided to check out some Fiat's before going home.  Art immediately greeted us and made sure he stayed after closing to answer any questions I had.  He made sure he found what I was searching for.  Art is a very kind gentleman who made this process very easy without me feeling like he was taking advantage of a young buyer.  I am very satisfied with my purchase :)  He also bought me a few goodies at the mini FIAT store in-house to take home with my new car!

I've said it before and I'll say it again: I love this dealership!

My salesman, Art Sartippour was the most personable and helpful staff member to assist me through my car search.  I can honestly say that by the end of the process, I felt I had made a new friend!

The staff members make you feel like a valued customer and they go over and beyond to make you feel at ease during a process that is generally stressful for most new car buyers.

In short, I felt I was offered a fair deal and Art was particularly down to earth, knowledgable and forthcoming in his conversations with me.  I did not feel pressured to buy a car at Fiat of LA... I WANTED to buy one!  Once the deal was made, Art was kind enough to even buy me a souvenir from the accessory shop for my new Fiat convertible.  I will gladly recommend Fiat of LA to all my friends, thanks to the lovely experience I had here.
