If you're looking for a high quality used car and want to be treated with courtesy and respect,  this is the place to go!   I bought a car for myself in May and just bought a car for my mom yesterday.   The owner Ray goes that extra mile, not only to get you into the car of your dreams,  but also to make sure you're happy before you walk out of the door.  His right hand man,  Julio is a doll too. Easy financing, to suit your personal needs... Great selection of cars and  I couldn't be happier!   Thanks EuroCoach & Ray!

Euro Coach got a 3 star from me because my experience there was OK. I saw a black FX35 on autotrader and knew that I wanted it, if everything checked out. I planned a trip out there, to take a look at the car. The salesmen was nice, let me test drive, no pressure sale tactics. I was in love with the FX35 long before seeing this one. It was priced right so after qualifying for financing and negotiating my trade in, it was a quick and painless experience.

However I do have two cons; The car was advertised $1,000 cheaper on Autotrader. I realized after signing the contract that it was $1,000 more. Bone head move on my part for not reading what I signed because my kid was getting fussy and I wanted to rush out of there.

My trade in, they also offered $500-$750 less then many other dealerships I went to. I reluctantly agreed because I don't know how much life my trade in had and I wanted the car.

In the end after working out all the numbers, I ended up with the amount advertised on Autotrader, after counting my trade in equity. I ended up losing roughly $1,500. I'm happy with the car that I bought from Euro Coach and of course all of this could have been avoided if I checked the paperwork.

I couldn't imagine buying a car from a used car lot, but I did for my dear friend that just arrived from France and wanted to purchase a clean but a few year old Lexus.
Folks at this place helped us a lot and explained things the way we both expected.  Great experience.  Thank you gentlemen.

I have been looking to buy a car for a while now and I have checked numerous places to find the best deal and I found it here. Ray was very friendly and he found me a car that suited my needs and my financial situation. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a used luxury car for a affordable price.

very friendly and good prices. a lot of luxury for the money. Mike was very knowledgable and cool. Legit mom and pop shop. I traded my old Nissan for an awesome BMW 5 series.

We found this place online and went to buy a used luxury car! The good thing about this place was the veriety of used cars! You could find any brand and model! The prices compare to other places we checked was fair and you could finance if on spot(no need to contact your bank)
Ray was very polite and helpful! Highly recommended!

The worst car dealer ever!!!
Just bought a car that looks nice and troubles start the day after. I went back to show them the issues I had (frame, windshield joints...), the guy drove my car I bought him few days ago and almost get us killed, driving crazy in the neighborhood to finally tell me it wasn't the engine, neither the transmission. He left, not even say goodbye or anything.

Please avoid this place!

I give it 2 1/2 stars because their selection of cars were pretty good. Shiny Lexuses, BMW's, Mercedes... all packed in to two tiny lots on Robertson Blvd.

Looked at a Prius here that I saw online 3 different times, priced all differently. I test drove the car, it seemed fine, except the navigation system wasn't working properly. The sales guy kept telling me not to worry, that you have to put the "CD in it to reboot it." Sounded fishy to me. He said it was due to the car not being driven in a while. Never heard that before. Again, skeptical.  After test driving, he told me he could get it to work. Needless to say, the maintenance guy came out, another sales guy, and another worker all came out to assess what was going on with the navigation. They couldn't get it to work. There goes their chances of me ever purchasing this car from them.

In the middle of trying to get the navigation to work, after I had waited 10 minutes, I said I was leaving, and the sales guy said, "OK babies. OK. "
