I actually had a good experience here. I was in need of a cheap car for college, and after looking around the neighborhood, decided to check this place out. The staff who came to help me out were friendly enough to let me look around. I am extremely stripped for cash, so I bought a used vehicle for a lot less than I would at any name-brand dealer. It was a little bit old, but it's nothing that a few touch-ups can't fix. As of right now, the car runs great and it does its job. Even though you might not get the same quality as you would at a new dealer, I got what I wanted, and the service I received was great. The dealers understood what kind of situation I was in, and handled the transaction without any problems.

Hey Cher, Just was made aware of a response to my review from two Yelp users, one who says he is an attorney.  I though you would be aware of the collection laws in the state of california but apparently you are not.  You are not allowed to disclose ANY financial information to anyone not related to our loan, payment history , ect..  I was unaware that ALL Yelp users were privvy to our account .  Maybe your owner or the city attorney would be interested in your illegal methods.  Please DO NOT disclose any of our financial matters again.  Lying about not being  able to communicate with us is bad business.  My husband talked to John Twice after I refused to be bullied and threatened by you over the phone.  Obviously by the multiple bad reviews your company has recieved, you re trying to save your reputation by misleading prospecive customers and slandering your old ones.

You can see how aggresive CERTIFIED AUTO IMPORT is by the arrogant responses they give everyone who only gives them 1 star!  So what if I drive 2,000 miles in a month, instead of worrying about my driving habits and insulting people by putting their paying habits on-line, you should simply acknowledge and move on...Geez...nothing like going to a REAL car dealer like Toyota..I'll do that next time!

BEWARE!  THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR MAKING SURE YOU GET A GOOD CAR!!! I called to inquire about a car I saw on auto trader and was transferred to Alex. He was nice until I started asking questions. He would interrupt me half way through the question and tell me to come see them, that he would print the car fax when I got there, and even after I told him I was in a hit and run accident and am on bicycle 16 miles away, so I'd like to ask some questions over the phone, he STILL cut me off, and tried to avoid my questions and I did get him to answer one question: If I like the car, can I take it to a mechanic to get inspected? I got two answers. First, "No, because we're too short staffed" and said that they don't have time to have someone off site waiting for a couple of hours (obviously, most car sales businesses allow this and drop the car off- they don't sit and wait for the inspection,  they come back when it is done to pick it up).  Then, he told me that they "don't do that here." As I started to speak, he cut me off mid-sentence and said he was "with a guest please call back in one hour thank you bye" and hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to a Manager or Owner and the receptionist asked why. I told her that I was hung up on after bring interrupted the entire call. She said ok and transferred me BACK to Alex.  I asked him if he was a Manager, he said no and I asked why he hung up on me. At first he denied it then again asked me to call back in one hour beacuse he was with a guest and I repeated that he did in fact hang up on me right while I was still talking and after he kept cutting me off and interrupting me. He said that he was with another guest at the time and made excuses for it as he borderline admitted to the hang up. THEN DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE IF YOU ARE GOING TO HANG UP ON YOUR GUESTS BECAUSE YOU DON'T WANT TO ANSWER THEIR QUESTIONS. I wonder if there even was another guest with him at all.  I called back and asked the receptionist to transfer me to a Manager or Owner AGAIN, describing that I do not want to talk to Alex again. The Manager Mike answered, was much nicer and apologized for what happened and then defended Alex because he was helping another guest so he didn't give me the proper time and that seemed to be an ok reason for their staff to treat a phone guest rudely. Mike also said they "do not do that here" when I asked if I could take the car to be inspected. I even said that most places allow that and it makes it seem like there must be something majorly wrong with the car. He said I could bring my mechanic there but they won't let the car go off site. Like a mechanic could work without their tools!?! Aside from horrible customer service, I imagine they are selling cars that will fall apart.  Otherwise, they would allow inspections and answer common knowledgeable questions from their guests.

My Husband and I drove 75 miles to look at a car they had on there lot, we called ahead and asked if they would negotiate the price and they told us yes and to come on down! When we got there they did not what to let us test drive the car until they knew for sure we were willing to buy then when we asked them to come down on the price alittle they told us no they were not willing to budge not even a 100 dollars... we bought a car somewhere else
