DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!  Worst service I have ever experienced in my life, and that includes the DMV.  I bought a car in December, paid CASH.  As you know the dealership is supposed to provide registration within 90 days, because the temp they give you is only good for 90 days.  I STILL HAVE NO TAGS!!  I am basically driving a moving cop magnet.  I have called at LEAST 20 times trying to get someone to do their job. The woman who handles these issues, Gladys, is the rudest person I have dealt with in a long time.  She genuinely does not give a damn.  Her default response to every call is "I can't help you.  Such-and-such isn't in the office so let me take your number".  She has NEVER called me back.  It has been over 110 days and no one there seems to give a s*** about fulfilling their contractual obligations.  There is one saving grace, a mgr named Luis, who is the ONLY person to give me a straight answer through this entire ordeal.  Unfortunately, that answer is that if I want action, I have to go BACK to the DMV and figure it out myself.  As an olive branch, Luis has promised to compensate me $40 for my trouble.  I just pray that I can go just another few days without getting pulled over (I have been driving on side streets for a month).  ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE SERVICE, and if you are looking for a car dealer that deals with bad or no credit, KEEP LOOKING.  There are other dealerships who can't possibly be worse than this one.  Awful.

Thank you, Luis.  The rest of your staff sucks.

Sneaky tactic to lure you in. Found an affordable second hand car for a nephew who is a college student, called to make sure the car was available, drove 40 miles, car was still there on the lot. However, they failed to tell me it had a blown engine until I got there! Why would you advertise it and keep it on your lot???!! What a joke!

Nice cars on the outside but junk cars on the inside. Bought a Chevy Tahoe 2008 had problems from the first week. I was told bring it back to their mechanic every light that came on the mechanic would turn off the light and tell me there was no problem. 8 months after purchase the engine is dead from miss diagnosis from their mechanic. I took my truck to the dealer and they informed me that I would loose $8,000 on the trade in because I was over charged for the high mileage look like new vehicle. Never again. I purchased another car from them and as of yet I haven't had any issues after 4 years thank goodness. I had friends tell me about bad experiences from this dealer but I should have listened. Stay Away!!! Take your money to a dealer and make sure you get a warranty.

Thou shalt not shop there.  They advertised one price on a car, made the deal on a Friday, and by Sunday the car was not there.  Then, they said they could get the car but not at the agreed upon price.  I called "Bait and Switch" and they ran like cockroaches.

The most unprofessional and off putting experience ever!

I found out about Carrolindia Auto Sales on Autotrader. For someone with bad credit this seemed like the perfect answer. I found for cars on the website i was interested in. I called the morning of the day i was going to go visit the store and asked if the cars were still available. When I got to Carrolandia i was approached by some woman who apparently worked there and started speaking to me in Spanish to me. After i made it clear i didn't speak Spanish she shewed me away and pointed towards the office. I went it to meet a sales man who had just stepped away from his lunch with a mouth full of food. I told him what i was interested in and told me that ALL of the cars i was interested in were not available. He actually told me the man on the phone lied to me about what he had in stock. OK....

I took a look at the inventory. He sales man was pushy and unprofessional. I found one car i was interested in and i asked the sales man what the payments would be like out of curiosity. It look 45 Min's for someone to finally meet with me. At one point another sales man clearly bored actually took out a guitar and started singing loudly in Spanish. When i finally entered his office. The finance agent apologized to me for the overwhelming smell in the office because he had just been smoking marijuana. That was the last straw. I left and never returned.

Just simply how unprofessional these people were i would never give them my business. Or recommend that anyone else. They need to be taught how to treat there customers properly and how to be professional businessmen. Not to mention they need someone greeting customers who speaks English.

They could have the most amazing cars in America but one would never know because of the service.
