Words cannot actually describe how pleased I was with my experience with Selwyn and Autoland.

My credit union referred me to Selwyn.  He promptly called me and inquired about my needs.  I was in the market for a new car and to trade my old one.  Selwyn took care of both transactions.  Within two days, he found the exact car (color, options and trim) I was looking for and he was able to get me much more money for my trade in than another dealership.  He arranged for my new car to be prep and deliver to my credit union where I signed all my paperwork.

The tremendous joy of not having to walk into a dealership. This was the most stress free car buying experience I have ever had.

My experience with autoland.com was EXCELLENT!!! My contact person was David and I was referred to him by my credit union. He was amazing in helping me deal with the issues of my current car where the dealership did not want to honor my warranty.  David then assisted me in selling my car. Since he knows I'm a hands on person, he was very specific in his instructions on what I should do. It was all very helpful! I also gave him a painting that I painted as an expression of appreciation. I am very pleased with Autoland as they picked up my last car and got rid of it for me!! Thank you Autoland!

Excellent, excellent service. If you are looking to buy a car and find the process overwhelming, or don't know how to go about playing their games at the dealership, or just don't want to deal with the car buying process, Autoland will take that problem off your hands. Jeff is super efficient and knowledgeable and the turnaround is quick. I called him on a Thursday afternoon and told him what car I wanted, and he got back to me Friday with a quote for the best price he could find. He then explained the entire car buying process, itemized everything so that the cost was clear, and gave me all the time I needed to make a decision on the matter. There was no pressure to purchase, and he was very understanding about my financial concerns. It was such a positive experience. I had gone to a dealership before to try to purchase a car myself, but the pressure that the salesmen put on you is overwhelming, at least for me. I felt cornered and at a loss of what to do, and I just wanted to leave instead of buying a vehicle. I was so grateful that Jeff handled all of that for me. When I decided to purchase, he had the car brought to the Credit Union so I didn't have to go all the way out to the dealership, and when I went to pick it up, he showed me how to operate all the functions of the car and answered all the questions I had. I couldn't have had a more pleasant, hassle-free car buying experience.

My wife and I were recently in the market for a 2010 Prius for her use, a car as near as might be considered her "dream car."

We decided to go the Internet sales route as most dealerships seem to have reps dedicated to this sort of approach. We sent our "wish list" to Longo Toyota, Glendale Toyota, and Toyota of North Hollywood. I never heard back from the first two, and the third tried to get me to buy another Prius in inventory that had options we didn't want.

My wife then suggested we go through the new car buying service of our credit union, First Entertainment, located on Forest Lawn Drive in Los Angeles. We contacted them through its website and were referred to Autoland, which apparently serves a multitude of credit unions.

We ended up dealing with Mr. Lawrence Marshall at Autoland's Hawthorne office. While he wasn't able to give us what we wanted on the trade - a gas guzzling 2004 Dodge Grand Caravan, he did find us exactly the Prius we wanted at Sierra Toyota in Lancaster for $900+ off the MSRP. He had the vehicle flatbed-trucked to Hawthorne, where we picked it up.

The Autoland, as represented by Mr. Marshall, provided an easy and efficient alternative to squabbling with a dealership in person. Should I be in the market for a new car in the future, Autoland is the way I'll go.

Nice job!
