If i could give this place zero stars, i would. I bought a 2012 mini cooper s in may of 2014 from james lee who is the owner of the business. I was referred to him by a friend and believed he would be trustworthy, i couldnt have been more wrong. When i showed interest in the car, he literally called me at least twice a day to get me to buy the car. Knowing that he was an aquaintance of my friend, i didnt negotiate on the price and paid everything he asked for with the belief that he would take care of me if i had any issue, couldnt have been more wrong again. After driving the car for only 5k miles, i hear grinding noises every time i brake and immediately know that the rotors are gone. It was a used car so i cant really complain that the brakes wore out too soon. However, when i take it to a shop which my friend owns, im informed that all for calipers have to be replaced aside from the rotors, sensors, and the pads. The calipers were uneven and were grinding the insides of my rotors. Like i said, if it were the rotors and the pads alone, i wouldnt even be writing this review but the calipers werent properly in place when i purchased the car to begin with. The shop quotes me $2k and i call james lee for assistance and whats his response? That theres nothing he can do because theres no proof that its their fault. As i express my frustration for over 30mins, he doesnt say a single word unlike when i was purchasing the car. I paid the asking price of the car in full and was provided with a service that made me regret even walking into this dealership in the first place. Theyll do anything to make u buy the car and even tried to illegally find me a fake address for my insurance to save me money because they werent going to accept a dime less than what they were asking for on the car. Once i signed and drove the car off the lot, i never heard from james again, not even to ask how i liked the car. I hope that no one else ever has to go through the trouble i went through and would highly suggest that you go elsewhere to purchase your next car. I am a korean myself but this type of service from a korean dealership is such an embarassment. Dont be deceived by their kindness when you show interest in a car because once you sign the papers, thatll be the last you hear from them. As long as they get their money, their job is done.

DO NOT COME HERE!DONT BE FOOLED BY THEIR F.O.Bish PERSONA!! THEIR PRICES CAN BE BEAT!!
This place is filled with money hungry, filthy-ass human beings. These guys dont have the proper decency of customer service.. My parents and i were in awe of how they agreed to make a deal on a car and sell it that same day we agreed to meet ( the next day). And they had the nerve to literally tell us as soon as we got in that they had sold the car ( smirking ). This made us furious. It was really hard to leave without really a "fight".. (we do understand, in a business point-of-view..  but just the way they approached us about it... it didnt feel good. ESPECIALLY by your own race.

I was referred to the dealer by a friend that was looking into purchasing a Toyota Sequoyah and he mentioned one specifically that was very affordable that he had seen a weekend before I did.  I went to the dealer an was greeted by 2 different sales person. As my friend and I were both interested in purchasing a SUV they quoted him a price and I was quoted another price on the same car $1,000 difference! Finally I got a sales person by the name of Jay he was very professional and said he would leave the price on what they had quoted my friend but he would have to talk to his boss. I took a test drive and the Sequoyah was making a noise everytime I would make a turn. He then said he would send it to service, I got a call from him the next day saying they found out what the problem was and it would get repaired and that the price he quoted would be fine. I was excited over that. He then calls me 2 days later telling me the car is repaired and that when would I go in to sign papers because there was another interested buyer that was coming from Palmsprings and he could not hold the car because he was not the only sales person for that truck. I told him it's not professional to pressure or rush customers to sign papers when I still have to go and test drive the truck again after the repair. He apologized and I ended up showing up with my father to test drive which the problem was fixed he then got my paycheck stub and information to start paperwork with the bank. He showed me some estimates on his computer with the highest rate about 3.65% but because my credit is good it would be cheaper, Jay calls me the next day telling me that they finance with Chase Bank and that my interest rate would be 4.3% even higher than what he had quoted as high already. I then proceeded in telling him I would apply for an auto loan with a credit union I had before which I was approved for 2.5% . We agreed I would contact him the next day but before I called he called me with good news that Chase Bank approved me for 2.39% and then 5 minutes later my rate was approved for 2.24% even lower than my credit union quote. I told him I would be there on Friday to sign the contract after work. As I got there around 6:30pm I was greeted and rushed in seating down to sign papers because all his co-workers wanted to leave since they close at 7:00pm and that I needed to make the down payment cash not on check so I needed to go to the ATM quickly to get the cash .I wish I would had known they only take cash down payments so I would had been prepared. I get back and I heard alot of Korean talk around me because they are all upset they all wanted to go home. I think it's ridiculous that they can't close the dealership unless they all leave at the same time. Then I'm signing the contract and Jay shows me that they are not giving me warranty because of the low price I got the SUV so they removed the warranty. I told him I should had been notified of this before hand. He then screamed at me "look if you don't want to sign don't sign" and tried grabbing the contract away from me! I got very upset and my dad told me to go ahead and sign and that we should leave because all the sales men were mad because they wanted to go home. I then signed the contract and got the car. Jay appologized and I feel he was just frustrated because of the pressure from all his co-workers. Jay is not a bad sales person but the way the dealership is ran is ridiculous.

To make matters worse I get home and don't double check the car since I'm upset of the whole dealer situation. The next day I'm driving to work and see that the front windshield is cracked. I never noticed it because it was covered with the price stickers in the dealer. I then called and text Jay abouit it and no response or an apology. 3 days later I get a flat tire and the repair place I went to tells me that all the tires on the SUV are damaged with balls and that I need to get all of them replaced and by the way I will be needing brakes in about 2 months because the brake disk is too worn out. REALLY!!   Lesson learned never ever will I purchased a car without warranty regardless on how much I'm paying for it. I'm still paying it it's not for free. Really bad service and I feel sorry for Jay working in that kind of pressured condition.

I purchased a used vehicle from Aju Motors a couple of months ago and had a wonderful experience. The vehicle was listed online and when I submitted the inquiry, Jay, the salesman contacted me immediately. I asked to correspond only via email and he obliged, he was not pushy at all, very professional and delightful to work with. We negotiated the price online before I even saw the vehicle. Once I went to see the car, and saw that the car was as advertised, we closed the deal. It was truly the easiest car shopping / buying experience I've had.

I didn't have a ride to come pick up the car and Jay went out his way and picked me up from the westside (completely out of his way).

I would highly recommend Aju Motors and in particular Jay!

It is really that this is decent place for buying car with a cheap rate. Paul was a great man who helped me at this case very much. I bought my Honda about 2 months ago that going on without making any serious problem.

Goods staffs' super car service here is available.

My Wife and I bought her car here about 2 months ago, I wanted to wait some time before putting in a review just in case, But there was no need to wait, The Mercedes  was the color we wanted, the Package we wanted and most importantly the price we wanted,  This review if mostly toward Jay, the salesman that helped us, although I am  sure the rest of the faculty had their part. I first spoke with Jay about a week before we arrived at the dealership, Over the phone he was very kind and answered all my questions regarding heated seats Sirius radio etc.. When we arrived he was prompt to help us, the car was out front and ready for a test drive. My wife and I had already made the cashiers check for a certain amount and that's all we were planning on paying for the car, yes the amount was lower then the amount advertised, after talking to Jay and having him run back and forth from the boss to us and back, we made a deal, I deal that we were very pleased with and a price that also they were happy with. It took us literally 45 minutes and we were out the door in our new car. With cars I am very particular and I drove straight to the MBZ Dealership for a full inspection, The car was in perfect order and had no issue's what so ever.  Overall we drove 45 miles to find a good car for a good price, from a well run Dealership, we are very pleased with our purchase.
Thank you Jay
Aaron & Candace

Aju Motors at first sight has an amazing selection of cars. I couldn't be more happier with my purchase for a first time buyer. Being a woman and alone at a car dealer was scary, but Paul makes me feel like I was part of his family or a dad I never had. He took his time to explain and help me with my car & insurance purchase while he was juggling with other customers. At the end of completing the transaction, I drove happily off with my 2006 Honda Accord EX-L and with the surprisingly twenty bucks Paul kindly hand me for gas before driving off the lot. I'm glad I came here and get to know Paul and his colleague. Great service and honest people. Living in LA is difficult to trust ppl easily, but I highly trust Paul for my next future car purchase.

There is a big difference between prices for Koreans and others. Well it is understandable but you should know how to get a business.

They have few cars but they are honest. Person is very charming and helpful to choose. I couldn't get the car due to his reluctance to negotiate but I still like the way they run their business. Prices were much better than other dealerships. Car A at the dealership was 17K, Aju 15.5K and I bought for 14K from private party (inc taxes etc.

I cant imagine buying a car being any easier than at this place. Bought a used Honda here. No pressure. Paul was a great guy. Took the car to a mechanic of my choice no problem. Very easy going and no stress. Great car. Small delay on receiving the car but really no issues that would prevent me from going back or referring a friend.
You dont need to speak Korean, but im sure it would help.

My wife and I purchased our BMW through their auto brokering services here.  While the dealership itself is small, and they only look to have about 6 or 7 cars on site, they can help you find dealerships, get prices negotiated lower for you, and have all the paperwork ready for you to sign when you come in.

Consider swinging by if you hate negotiating and playing all the stupid games, especially like they do at the VW dealership in Santa Monica.

It was a quick, painless transaction, AND he even threw in one of those big mirrors that the import tuners tend to like... (of course it didn't fit in our car, so I gave it to my dad who drives like 125 miles a day...)

Oh, it does help to speak Korean here for sure...
