My car was damaged pretty badly on the ride passenger side. The repairs were covered by AAA so my father recommended A&B auto body to keep money within the community.

-When I received my car it looked absolutely beautiful. They cleaned up the paint in many areas (my father and I quite a few white spots but we were satisfied with the paint job overall).
-They replaced a headlight. This was a bonus because they did not have to. My headlight went out a day before the accident.
-During my visits the staff was nice, considerate and friendly.

Why I gave three stars:
-My passenger side door had an issues where it would not lock. That was suppose to be covered in the repair but when I received my car the issue was still there. Apparently, my father was contacted and he explained to them that it was alright with him if the issue was not fixed. After learning that my father gave consent, I realized it was best not to cause issue based on miscommunication.
-During my drive home (next day) I noticed that my music had a funny sound to it. I played with the controls to realize that the passenger side speakers were no longer working. I gave A & B auto body a call. I left my name, information and phone number. This call occurred when I learned of the issue (a day after getting my car). To this day, I have not received a call back. Ultimately, I am unsure if the pros out weigh the cons knowing that I could have received the same repairs elsewhere. Now, I need to take my car back to the shop to determine what is wrong with my speakers.

After purchasing a brand new car within a month of having it I was bashed by some idiot not paying attention. So anyways I was limited to body shops I can choose with having Stupid Infinity. After living in the area for 29 years I never knew this place existed. But this Body Shop is So awesome and Staff are very nice. My poor car was looking brand new again when I picked it up Even though it Took 35 days for me to get my car back. but that's understandable when the holidays are around and the wheather is crazy and waiting on parts to arrive.The Owner also made sure I was cool in the rental car for the extended wait time. Excellent service

Picked up my car today after an accident that happened on Thursday Nov. 17, 2014. My car was towed to A and B Body the same day since I have insurance through Geico and this was the closest body shop approved by the insurance. Although, my car was suppose to be originally released Monday Nov. 24th, the service was still quick, friendly and satisfying! It was well worth it, my car is like new!

Extremely dissapointed with the service provided at this body shop.  They kept my car for about 1 month and two weeks. They kept promising to return it on a certain day and they actually did not. They had to paint my car 4 times because the paint had a "reaction" on the car. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Will never return to this shop. Very dissapointed with the work done.

I have come to the shop about 4 times in the past 10 years and they have great customer service but the last time that I used them... I was disappointed in finding out that there was extra mileage put on my car  while in their care. Being that I didn't have my car to drive the first thing that the general manager  should tell me is... let me look into it....not nobody drove your car! There was 20 miles put on my carwhile it was being serviced by them and that is too much mileage to put on for a test drive.. Well after I was compensated. .. I had to leave my car there for a minor adjustment and  wouldn't you know it 10 more miles was driven and the general manager was adamant that nobody drove the car that day and that they only adjust the door..he even said to hv my SPEEDOMOTER checked?  REALLY?... I don't feel comfortable taking my car there anymore knowing that somebody goes for joy ride...they really need to look inside to find out who is doing this... I won't be back!!!!!

My care was done right on time. Everyone was really polite and wanted to make sure my experience went well. I took my car here after I bashed in the front of it when I rear-ended a guy on the freeway. They took all the worry out of it and because of their close relationship with the Enterprise up the street every thing went smoothly. They even washed my car and vacuumed the interior. I felt like I was hopping into something brand new. The woman in the office (I can't remember her name) but she was awesome and I most likely talked her to death, but she handled it very well. I'll make sure to come back if I ever crash my car again or need a wash or a detailing. Great service!!

Was rear ended by a dumb broad on the fwy. Since she was at fault her ins. co. (Geico) was responsible for everything. I opted to have my car taken to their shop since they it would be faster with the while claims process and they took it here to A&B.

Although the adjuster who works out of the A&B site said it would be done in 2 weeks it wasn't... Big surprise right? Thankfully 2 weeks woulda been the day before my wedding so I was actually crossing my fingers it wouldn't be ready.

They then said it would be ready the following tues and it wasn't. On that Tuesday they said it would be another week. Go figure car wasn't ready until 13 days after the original date given. Yes, I have an Audi and parts aren't as quick to come by like Hondas and Toyotas but they should know that and not give such off quotes! So that's why I don't give them 5 stars

Our insurance company sent us here after a recent accident. Now - I'm skeptical when it comes to mechanics/body shops especially after the horrible experience I had at Santa Monica Ford... but let me tell you A & B Auto Repair Center is GREAT!

I received a call first thing in the morning, the day after the accident from my Geico  (onsite) Insurance Adjustor Michael with a full estimate of my car. He was very thorough and straight forward - exactly what I like. We stopped by the shop later that day - just to make sure our car was being worked on and not just collecting dust. Michael took us to look at our car - a mechanic was already working on it and unrepairable parts were already marked to be replaced.  Our car was even finished ahead of schedule!  

Picking the car was smooth. Everyone at A & B was so helpful - especially Eve at the front desk and the General Manager Drummond  - they definitely went above and beyond for us. Even when I had some questions regarding the repairs - Drummond would personally take my call - which is rare for a General Manager to do. My car looked great and as a courtesy they advised us of other items (not related to this accident) that should be repaired in the near future!

All in all - Great experience, Michael Redmond, Eve, & General Manager Drummond excellent customer service - we will definitely be back!

My car was at a horrible body on Torrance (Woody's Auto). I called to A&B to see if they would go and get my car and repair it, They did. I was so grateful. They fixed my car, they handled the insurance company,  & the other body shop. I hardly had to do anything.I would definitely use them again.  I recommend A&B for all of your auto needs.

Customer service was GREAT!! My car was delivered on time, and they saved me money most importantly!!!  Another shop gave me an estimate and A&B auto repair center beat that price without me telling them!! A&B made a bad situation as enjoyable as it could be. I'm glad i came to them for a second opinion and estimate! I hope i don't have any other auto body work done ever, but if i do i will for sure take it to A&B auto repair center.

Can I give 6 Stars ? Very efficient and professional. The manager told me he'd contact with an estimate before the end of the working day and that's exactly what he did. They fixed my car at a great rate compared to other estimates I've received. The shop was clean  and the car was completed within the estimated time given. I'd definitely recommend these guys to my friends and family. Thanks guys you are the best!

I am extremely satisfied with over all customer service, very humane interactions and conversations as far as what they know is in your best interest. Just keep it simple to the point and honest and they are more than willing to help you out graciously. My car never looked as good as new! they did a great job and my car's interior was also vacuumed and cleaned, they went beyond to please me.

I was very satisfied with my overall experience. Customer service was great and my car looks awesome!  I also appreciate the touch ups and minor issues the estimator (Temo) had corrected for me!  I would definitely recommend this facility to others and I will be back for additional repairs.

I was a little bit skeptical about taking my truck to this body shop but Henry and the stuff did and amazing job. They cover every detail and went beyond my expectations. I am surprised BUT proud to be the first person to write a review for A & B. I was so satisfied with the quality that was done on my Scion XB after I was involved in an accident last week. My whole front bumper was barely hanging on and my hood was smashed in. :-(
Upon arriving to A & B, I was instantly greeted and introduced to several staff members. The lobby was very nice while I waited, though it wasn't long. They came out with me, and explained what would be happening to my car if they were to be repairing it. I felt so comfortable there, that once my insurance company ok'd me to pick a repair center, I didn't hesitate to tell them that I wanted my car fixed by them. They were great! My car got towed there in record time by their tow truck driver, they called me and let me know that my car made it ok. I was able to complete paperwork via fax.*excellent*, and the coolest thing to me was the daily status updates about my car via text on my cell! That was a plus! Damon was whom took care of me the most. He made sure I was informed about everything everyday and when I came to pick up my car that was ready in just a few days, I was so excited! It looked better than it did before my accident! They washed my car, vacuumed the inside, tire shine on my tires, and put a nice fresh car scent inside! I was blown away! I assured them that I would tell anyone that needed body repair to come to them! Such a wonderful experience for what should have been stressful as heck after being in a car accident! Thanks guys!
