Bought a 2015 Corvette, drove it approximately 30 miles and the transmission failed completely at 11 pm in a busy intersection. Had to leave it in a Walgreens parking lot overnight - Jessup didn't send a tow truck until the next morning. They offered to replace the transmission(really?), or TRY to find another car. We just wanted our cashiers check back after the experience. When we went in to pick it up, the manager hid in his office while the sales person went back and forth. Never got a call from a manager, or any Jessup for that matter. The salesman did tell us that "legally they didn't HAVE to give our money back."  We replied with "what's the right thing to do?"  Salesman also kept talking about how he sold one to Mary Hart (don't care) and about how a majority of their buyers pay cash.  We weren't even mad, it wasn't anyone's fault, but they obviously aren't interested in the business and owners and managers didn't even apologize for the inconvenience or the trip we cancelled to San Diego the day we had to take it back. They just wanted it to go away. Btw, if anyone bought a white 2015 Corvette from the lot in the last two months - I hope they told you it wasn't the original transmission.

My 2009 Silverado had gone thru its warranty in terms of months but not miles when disaster struck in the form of a blown Turbo Booster.  A $4500 repair.  Walter went out of his way to negotiate with Chevrolet on my behalf to beat the cost down to $1000.  I am grateful.  thank you Walter.

Great service! Matt has serviced my Chevy Volt and is a master tech. I highly recommend Matt and the entire service team as they were honest, fast and reasonable.
This week I had a minor repair to the rear bumper and Hamlet and Rita in the auto body shop were excellent as well. Honest, clear and the work is guaranteed.
They also picked me up at my home and got me when the car was done. I think his name was Richard and he was a very nice guy. A very positive experience!

Today,  I thought I'd just drop in for a look at the new Vettes. I see they have 3 new Vettes. A salesman meets me at the door, and his face was glistening with perspiration.  He is drinking bottled water in front of me on this hot day, but doesn't offer me any. He shakes my hand, and it was all clammy wet. Ew... I say I'd like to look at the Vettes, and instead of allowing me to look,  he stands in front of me,  and starts this long, vague rant about their stock, like it's a huge impasse or something. I'm thinking "they have three, why doesn't he just let me look at them". After he's done with his pretentious stock discussion gyrations,  he keeps me standing there even longer,  and starts to ask me what color I want, hardtop or convertible, and when I'm planning on buying, etc. I haven't budged an inch since I walked in the door!  I say to him, "Can I just look at your Vettes?" He says "Oh, right! " as if he had forgotten that was even an option.
So I sit in a convertible.  He says he can't put the top up,  it's too much trouble. Ok, whtvr.
He stares intently at me, like he's burning holes in my head with his glare. I feel super uncomfortable,  he's clinging like glue.  So I cut it short,  and get out of the car.
Then he tells me that he convinced the owner to sell his personal blue coupe,  but he already has a buyer for it tomorrow,  but if I act quickly,  I could steal it from the other party.  Talks to me like he is telling me a secret,...Uh-huh.
I'm totally disgusted at this point, and start to leave.  He gives me a business card,  and I feel something sticky on it,  so as I'm walking to my car I look at it,  and it's a booger!
Creepy,  icky experience,  laced with bullshit. I'll never go back.
If anyone wants to check the DNA on the booger, is still in my trash can, and can be retrieved

High pressure salesmen and we purchased a truck the salesman forgot to mention was discontinued and not worth the sticker price. Do yourself a favor and go to a carmax dealer. Buyer beware!!

I've had my vehicle serviced on multiple occasions and EVERY TIME  it's been an extreme pleasure. I usually take my Pointer (dog) with me because the staff welcomes him like he's part of the staff!

Bought a car here and have had nothing but good work from their service department.  I normally wouldn't write a review for good service, but they've helped make up for other less than satisfactory dealerships in town, so I want to make sure and recognize their good work.  They always get the job done, on time, and on budget.
