referred two friends. Both treated very well by Nic and staff. One bought one didn't (car was just not right for the driver). Point being this USAA certified used car dealership is amazing. I am ready to get my next car from them,

Don't put your trust in ZANO Cars
I purchased a vehicle from ZANO cars 1 year ago they were supposed to replace the center console and the air vents  because they all had melted double sided tape on them and the driver seat was to be  fixed or replaced because it was broken and the motor would not move the seat. Needless to say none of this happened they made a failed attempt to fix the seat by sending it to their "Mechanic". They gave me the car back and it at least supported my weight so I figured it was good. I work in a repair facility and I notice the day after I got it back something was not right. So instead of wasting more of my time taking it to ZANO cars to have them redo it I took the liberty of removing the seat to see what they had done. I was not happy once I got the seat out it looked like his "mechanic" had welded  the seat with a chainsaw. This guy was no welder and Ed Zano is not an upstanding individual. Nothing else was ever fixed by him which the agreement was all this be fixed before I bought it. Hes a smooth salesman Ill give him that once he has your money your forgotten about. I fixed everything myself which cost me 500.00 in parts glad to be done with this guy. But the reason for me making this report a year later is because like I said I work in a repair facility and I have had the pleasure or lack there of , of 2 of my customers buying vehicles from this dealership. The first was a Jeep Cherokee which I had to unfortunately tell the customer he bought a pile of crap . It was so rusted underneath the body where it mounts to the frame bolts that it was caving in causing noise when he drove the vehicle. The rust was so bad it wouldent last a year without coming apart. The second was a Nissan Frontier which had a check engine light on when the customer took it for a test drive he was told just like my self that it wouldent be a problem whatever needed to be taken care of they would do it. So their "mechanic" put it on the scanner and said it was the gas cap so they put a new one on and cleared the code sending the customer on the way. He brought it into us and we scanned it 3 days later our test showed it needed a catalytic converter. Now I know not everyone who reads this is a mechanic but when you scan a vehicle it will give you designated codes to the different systems. The gas cap brings up a mass evap leak detected which has nothing to do with the Catalyst system on a vehicle. The catalytic converter will come up with a catalytic effiicency code which has nothing to do with the Evap system. His mechanic knew this and was probably told by the upstanding used salesman Ed Zano to put a gas cap on it and they would deal with it once the car was sold. I wish nothing but the worst for this USED CAR SALESMAN. Do not take your business there unless you want to get taken advantage of. If you had a ZERO rating this place would qualify.

by far the worst experience I have had trying to buy a car ED the owner and Shannon our by far the worst  people to buy a car from. I came in with a pre approve auto loans  and a trade in with money down out of my pocket  after i told them that i was with Hughes they took it upon themselves to send my application to several other banks to get me a loan they told me the ac in my car  would be fix in a few days turn into 3 weeks  they were very dishonest from the start when i ask for my down payment and my trade in they told me i had sign a contract and would default on my loan i called the bank and they told me the application was never official  and that I could return the car don't trust them .I have now file a complaint with the better business burell about their practice
