When I arrived the service manager with a guy in training came right out to me and wrote me up for service. Shortly after that my vehicle was take inside to complete the required work. The waiting room was nice and clean with plenty of room, I was a waiter. It took just a little longer than I was told however they also washed my vehicle, I was in fact very pleased.

Worst sales staff I've ever seen at a dealership. We left here to buy a vehicle at Larry H. Miller due to their unprofessionalism and lack of vehicle knowledge.

Our salesman didn't know anything about the cars on the lot claiming that the technology was "too new." Isn't it your job to educate yourself on the vehicles you are selling?? I know these guys have tons of down time- grab a manual!

My boyfriend and I were not able to drive the vehicle together (it was a two seater) which was frustrating. Other dealers had us sign paperwork, copied our driver's licences and insurance and sent us out in the car together, no problem.

I felt like the salesman was judging my driving in a very unprofessional manner- telling me to put my turn signal on (when it already was) and to "not speed" when I was going exactly the speed limit. He literally freaked out every time he saw a cop- I have a perfect driving record and have never gotten a ticket in my life! When I put one hand down to move the seat controls he told me to focus on the road! I told him that I wanted to be comfortable while driving- unreal!

At one point a police officer pulled up behind us and he became extremely worried because he did not put the dealer plates on the car and assumed we would be pulled over. Not my fault- you should have put the plates on the vehicle. He was also pulling on his E-Cig the entire time which I personally did not like.

I was test driving a Camero and a Challenger and at no point was I able to get the car over 40 mph. because he would not let me. Come on!

When my boyfriend took the car out the salesman allowed him to "get on it" as he put it and drive the car how he pleased with no comments on his driving abilities. Total male chauvinist.

Also, since the salesman knew the car was going to be a gift, he treated me like a dumb trophy girlfriend and like I was going to make my decision based on the shiny new paint on the car. I did months of research prior to coming in, have purchased all my own vehicles in the past without assistance- I know what I wanted and I did NOT want to work with this dealership.

The sales agent called us a few days later and we told him that we went elsewhere because we were uncomfortable buying from someone who knew nothing about the cars. He told us to come back in and that another agent who did know about the cars would help us. Too late! Already bought a great vehicle from another dealer who knew the vehicles inside and out. Total waste of a sales opportunity if I ever saw one.

Problem was resolved in the time promised. Could not ask for more. Adam Hensley and his team were fantastic. Will recommend to anyone looking for a service shop.

We just bought a used vehicle from here and they have been great to work with. Our salesman (Luther) found us the perfect vehicle for our budget. Right after we took it home we found there was an electrical issue, Abrian, in service, scheduled to have it worked on and got it fixed. Tim, in finance, got us great financing. And Luther didn't like how the vehicle looked after it was detailed so sent it over to their collision center to have it worked on to remove some deeper scratches. We got a loaner car for the day and when we got our vehicle back it looked wonderful.

We're very happy with the whole process. We're planning on keeping this vehicle for a long while and will be updating reviews as we go.

We had a great experience buying a new car yesterday.  We worked with Carl and John to purchase the car. Carl helped us locate a great car and there was no 'hard sell'.  He negotiated the price with us and then brought John in in case we need something later.  Unfortunately Carl will be leaving in a month. Usually you end up waiting forever when you buy a car - the salesperson goes back and forth to his manager numerous times and it is very annoying.  It wasn't like that here. This was a relatively quick sale and the people were all professional and personable.  John showed us all of the features of the car and made sure we were comfortable.  We highly recommend this dealership.

We chose a car on Sat. night and Jerry was very helpful. Agreed on the price and payments, pending our mechanics approval(it was a 2012).  Went back Mon. as agreed with our mechanic but Jerry was not there. we were told our agreement would be honored.  We had it written by Jerry.  When we saw the car again on Mon. the car was full of dog hair all over the seats.  It was clean on Sat.  As we went in to pay for the car our agreement was gone and they refused to honor what Jerry said. Jerry could not be reached.  They are NOT HONORABLE!!!!!!! It makes me wonder if the car was purchased how they would have disregarded the warranty.  Run as fast as you can! I couldn't even get water, they were out.

- Good attention upon arrival
- waiting room was clean and free coffee.
- car was cleaned at completion of service

- Waiting room was hot, possibly due to how many were waiting or A/C wasn't on

Otherwise, my first experience was a positive one and will look to continue that experience moving forward.

I have my 2004 GMC Yukon which I service at Quebedeaux GMC in Tucson, AZ.  This includes oil changes every 5,000 miles.  The last time I brought my Yukon in for an oil change Quebedeaux put a non-synthetic oil in and this affected my oil pressure.  I remember paying for the oil change and it costing less than usual so, I asked the service technician and he looked in this iPad and reported to my face he put a synthetic blend.  However, they did not and he lied to my face hoping I would not notice. And I didn't at first.  But then, after a few hundred miles, I started to notice the oil pressure gauge move all the way up to 80PSI when I accelerated.  I knew something was wrong, and I started to call mechanics.  Several of them asked if I had changed the oil recently or put a new type of oil in the Yukon.  At this point, I went to the truck and looked at the 'change you oil next sticker'.  Sure enough rather than the sticker saying change in 5k miles it said change in 3k.  It all came together, the guy lying, the pressure being high because of the consistency of the non-synthetic oil, and what was generally wrong with my Yukon.

I called to explain to a service technician what had happened.  Boy was I shocked when, not only, was I blown off but, treated like dirt.  The Quebedeaux technician's teamed up on me, saying it was not their fault or responsibility.  I was treated horrible and above all Quebedeaux may have permanently damaged my engine and several people have instructed me to hold them accountable.

My wife has a 2012 Buick Regal and I was going to upgrade my Yukon this year.  Now I will test drive the Expedition and the Sequoia. This is so disappointing because I love the Yukon.

P.S. I bought a keyless remote from Quebedeaux that has never worked correctly.  During my return visit the service technician Nick (who was the rude party leader) told me he would not replace it because it was one month out of warranty.  I told him about the issue with the key fob was that it only locked my Yukon and the unlock button did not work.  I explained, I felt, I was sold a defective product as the keyless remotes should last years.  He laughed in my face.

It's about time I wrote a review about the incredible work done here. Today was only one great story in a long line. So traded in my car at this very dealer for a 2006 Mercedes. It's been a great car so far. However last night suddenly the check engine light came on. Crap...these an be a little pricey to fix. But...gulp...must at least know what's going on. So took it in.  Adam took apart all the plugs, cleaned them, and put them back in.   Shebang...check engine light is gone. Now there is a chance it'll need a software update...but I am driving my car and I'm a happy camper. They even washed my car before I picked it up. That's beyond the call of duty and one of the many reasons why they earn 5 stars from me. Thanks!

QB stands out so fiercely in the realm of sales and service that they merit a honking five stars. I bought my sweet ride here and never had lot regret. The sales team is not overbearing. QB's re-model actually has me hoping that my oil change will take awhile. Ladies, the bathroom has a bidet. There, I said it. The leather chairs sport a stainless drink tray. The gratis beverages and amenities counter are state of the art.. They always detail my car after service and don't push for unnecessary add-ons. Nick and everyone else here make you fall in love again with Detroit.
