Hit an object in the road, and made an appointment to bring my new car in to have the  wheel alignment checked.  Was told it would take up to 2.5 hours.  Got it there shortly after 7:00, and received a phone call just after 9:30 that it was done.  The job was apparently done correctly, the price was only a few dollars higher than advertised, and I was back on the road again.  Their shuttle driver told me he has been with O'Rielly Chevrolet for 39 years, which I think says a lot about the company, and how well they treat their employees, which to me means they also treat their customers the same way.  I have no issues with the way they treated me, and thought their customer waiting lounge was well laid out, comfortable, and convenient, especially the small cafe that they have there.  I had also been given a $3 off coupon from my service adviser, which was  good at the cafe and was  appreciated.  The bathrooms were very clean.

I was in a hurry to get my kids to their destinations. Over the past few months, we've heard a loud warbling sound coming from the wheel, but assumed it was road noise. On this morning, it was louder than ever & actually made us all very concerned about the wheel bearing. I dropped one son off and immediately drove into O'Rielly Chevrolet to have it looked at. I've never been to O'Rielly before, although I've called them in the past for other repair job quotes. We had some bad experience with a mechanic in Green Valley, so we just weren't certain where to take my SUV in for this job, so my default choice was the dealer.

We arrived at about 8 am behind several other cars. We had no appointment. But that didn't stop them in the least. The gave me a time frame to diagnose the problem and then once diagnosed, the gave me another time frame to fix it. I was very happy with their job and how quickly they got me on the road again.

BTW: They were able to find me a third party part, one that was less expensive than factory. I was genuinely pleased with their service and the price of the job. Four days later, everything is back to normal!

I live in Green Valley, and visited Brian at the store on La Canoa in Green Valley.
I had a front end problem that needed a couple of bolts to put it in place.  Brian is one of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure to meet.  He set up an appointment with JR in Tucson, and fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes!  And didn't charge me a dime!  Hopefully I won't  have any major issue in the future, but if so, I will take my business to Brian.  Thank you again, Brian....you're the BEST!

We were truck shopping and stopped in here to look at their Silverados. It took some time for someone to help my husband and as he was being shown the trucks, i and my toddler waited on their (too-warm) patio since the inside of the dealership was not inviting at all. No one there bothered to inquire as to how we were doing and there wasn't even a water cooler...just a pathetic, overpriced food booth and a bored looking attendant. I was terribly uncomfortable the entire 1+ hour I was there and no one was the least bit solicitous. As the wife, I argued strenuously against spending any more time at O'Rielly, even though we had narrowed our choices to either a Silverado or an F150. These dummies seriously need to learn how to court the buyer.
I thought this treatment might be due to construction, but a friend of mine went car shopping months later (they had finished building) and, even as the buyer, had the same sort of slow, reluctant service. Before my visit, another friend was there with his entire family (wife, 3 children) and was treated along the same vein...after 45+ minutes of waiting for someone they left and bought a Ford. We bought a Ford, too, and my friend bought a Scion. Shop here if you MUST have a Chevy, but there's no other reason I'd waste my time at this sorry dealership.
We have purchased new cars from Jim Click and Thoroughbred so I have those dealerships to compare against when considering customer service...This place earns a well-deserved 1 star.

I bought a vehicle from them a few months ago.  During the finance process, the guy helping us Greg Ahumada flat out lied and then repeatedly lied afterwards.  We were told our loan would be placed with our credit union.  Imagine my surprise the next morning when I get a call from Wells Fargo asking me if they could run my loan.  I called Greg to find out what that was about and he said they were offering a better rate. (lie #1).  He also said that "someone"  in the credit union's loans department denied the loan. (Lie #2, credit score 800).  I asked him who the person was and he was as evasive as ever.  The next week I called the credit union who told me that was categorically wrong. (already had a vehicle finance with them).  The bank also said that whoever told me that was flat out lying.  I called Greg's supervisor to share my issues and as you would expect he defended Greg vigorously without even checking first.  Well, lo and behold, once he checked he got the same information and immediately called me back with my loan placed properly.  He found out his "homeboy" was lying to him as well.  A few weeks later, I ran into the Dealership General Manager and shared this story with him.  He seemed empathetic enough although I suppose he was just placating me.  Please be aware that Ethics are clearly only optional while dealing with these folks.  The hilarity of the entire situation is Greg has the audacity to have a Financial Ethics plaque on his desk.  Amazing.

Not gonna lie Chevy was not  my first pick but i came here right after i went to the Dodge on 22nd where they miserably failed.  Arron came out and helped me right away i told him what i wanted we had a test drive he took me, my brother and his wife in treated us very well he gave me some numbers and i through some numbers right back at them did not take long where they gave me payments of exactly what i wanted they gave me the whole value of my trade in and Jorge gave me a great interest rate i couldn't be happier with my New Camero .

I usually wait til I get home to write reviews but seeing as my oil change is taking in excess of two hours, I have the time to write now.

I arrived promptly for my 10:15 am appointment. Stood there for a good 10 minutes without being acknowledged. One guy, who was running around trying to help all customers, came over to say he would get someone to help me. A few minutes later, a guy comes over. He was helpful enough and quoted a wait time of 1 hour, 30 min.

I go to the mall and return after 90 minutes. The car still hasn't been serviced. I overheard a woman ask the cashier if she could pay now because she'd been waiting a long time and needed to leave ASAP. "But we don't know how much it will be" was the response she got. When I asked how much longer I could expect to wait, another customer muttered "FOREVER" under his breath. I'd believe it. We're at 2 hours, 30 minutes and counting.

I'm giving Orielly a star for giving out free oil change at Bridies for the Brave (a PGA golf event for active duty, reserve and retired military and their family members). The other star is for honoring the expired coupon when we called to make an appointment.

Do not come here if you don't have hours to wait for an oil change.

It is almost always a hassle getting work done on your car.... but not at the O'Rielly Chevrolet body shop.  Brian the manager was personally involved in my situation and made sure everything went flawlessly.  I was very impressed with the work, the high level of customer service and every employee I came in contact with.

My State Farm agent recommended them and I was so impressed with how they can take a problem like a collision and make it all go away like it never happened. Worst mistake I ever made was to take my car here. They charged me two diagnostic fees ($60 each) for 1 problem, then wanted $665 to repair the problem, which was the cooling fan motor, and wanted an additional $120 to re charge my A/C. I went to Planet Auto, they charged my NO diagnostic fee, $310 for the fan motor, and told me my car didn't need to have the A/C recharged. O'Robbery Chevrolet would be more apt.

Our big car needed a water pump. Even though we didn't buy it here and the warranty was 3rd party, they got the paperwork handled and the car serviced within 48 hours. Judging by the volume of cars going in and out of this service center, I would say they were nose to the grindstone. We were happy with their service.

Well, It's been a week and no noise yet....I think that  they might have taken MY car somewhere else and had it fixed. I don't care. They fixed it under warranty, and now I won't have to go back!
