When it come to Lexus's  "Pursuit of Excellence" that is Salesman John A. Matey.  He made my buying experience and also the dealership experience the Best I've Ever had.  He was the ultimate professional to deal with (no pressure just facts), brutally honest (Which I want, No Tricks) and helped me get an Amazing Deal.  This being my 3rd Lexus and the 3rd Lexus dealerships I've worked with/This by Far was the Best. When it comes to a new car, used car or anything to do with Lexus he will give you all the answers you have in a very timely manner. As a very busy business man I don't have time for haggling for a car, getting info that I have to fact check or the long times it takes to buy a car.  Once my vehicle and price was established, it took about 35 mins (finance) and we were done. Also many thanks to Jim Sisley Business Manager in finance.  I Recommend Lexus of Tuscon and also Recommend that you give John Matey a Call for your new Car/Used Purchase.

We're visiting from LA, dropping our son off to UA when my air conditioning stopped working! We panicked and knew we had to get it fixed right away. I called and Jeff in the service department told me we could come in right away. When we got there, he said they would asses it and hopefully it was nothing serious. We waited 5 minutes in their nice lounge area with beverages and he came back and explained why it did what it did (us driving through large areas of water) and everything would be fine. It was a huge relief. Jeff was friendly and made us feel at ease, thank you!

Once again a great experience at Lexus of Tucson. These folks really understand customer service and have provided a great waiting room in case your cause is lengthy.It was for me.I had a last minute appointment and they got me in and accomadeted all my requests. Sadly they were out of loaners so my wait was not
short by a long stretch but upon leaving hours later I was completely relaxed and not
grumpy at all. Shout out to Tyler who kept the updates coming.

Having owned a Lexus for awhile now, I've grown accustomed to the awesome service I receive from the service department, including complimentary car washes.  These amenities are what has kept me a Lexus customer.  A couple months ago I came to this location to get a complimentary car wash and was told they were too busy, but was offered a free car wash coupon at Simoniz instead. It was a little bit of a hassle to go to another location to get a car wash, but I appreciated the gesture. Today, I waited several minutes before even being acknowledged by the check-in valet girl. When I told her I was there for a car wash and also needed to have my key fob battery replaced, she told me they no longer give complimentary car washes unless the car is getting serviced. As for the key fob, she pointed me across the parking lot to the parts department to go fetch it myself. She seemed annoyed that I was interrupting her day.

My car is a couple hundred miles away from needing its 30K service and because of this interaction, I will be looking elsewhere to have this service done.

As a side note, she mentioned the Auto Mall location may still offer complimentary car washes.

Worst. Dealership. Ever. Liars and crooks, and very rich from ripping off their many many elderly customers. Cannot even manage simple requests like removing me from their junk mail lists. Would not give 1 star if that we're possible.

This review is only for the service department.  And they're fantastic!  I've been here easily a dozen times (probably more) in the last few years for routine stuff, like oil changes, and for other miscellaneous stuff.  They've never done me wrong, and their service process is easy and hassle-free.

I almost always get a loaner car, and it's always a new Lexus model.  They've never been short on cars or denied me one, even for a short visit like an oil change.  This is a huge plus.  I paid a luxury price for my car, so I expect to have top notch amenities, and that's what I have at Lexus of Tucson.

Even when I don't opt for a rental car, the process is great.  I can't believe how many nails I've gotten in my tires over the last year (at least 4, thanks Tucson road construction crews!), and every time, I head over to Lexus to fix the problem.  They've always been able to patch the damage up, which is only about $20.  Much better than buying a $200 tire.  They get the work done in about an hour, and that includes washing the car (they always wash the car unless you opt not to have it done).  They're good about sticking to the estimated time, too.

I did need new tires at one point, though.  They matched the lowest price I was able to find in town, and that was awesome, considering the price of these tires is not cheap.  Saving is saving, luxury car or not!

They recently remodeled their waiting area.  It is very nice now!  They have a lounge with very comfortable chairs, some TV's, and tables to eat at.  They have a fridge full of cans of a variety of beverages, fresh coffee, and they even have a soda fountain now.  They also commonly have an assortment of coffee cake items to snack on while you wait.  Grab a newspaper, magazine, your iPhone, or watch TV while you wait comfortably for your car.

All of the staff is super nice.  From the moment you pull up, you're greeted with a friendly face who wants to help you.  This person checks you in, or points you in the direction of the person you need.  The service advisor I usually work with is Chris, and I have nothing but praise and nice things to say about him.  He makes the process hassle-free for me while he takes care of organizing and expediting the work for my car.  If I'm waiting for the work instead of getting a loaner, he makes sure to update me of its status frequently.  I'm a pretty antsy person, so I like that.

Overall, this is an awesome service department.  Quite frankly, they're so good, that it weighs heavily on my next car purchase.  They're that good that I can't even fathom leaving them for a different brand.  A++!

Took my Is250 here for oil changes and service numerous time. They are beyond awesome! I also got a loaner (a new IS250) everytime since I have class during the time my car got service. The service/sale staff are very friendly and helpful. Strongly recommended!

I have had only positive experiences at this Lexus of Tucson on Speedway. Friendly and attentive staff  are everywhere, whether looking to buy a new car or getting your vehicle serviced, you are greeted with nothing but smiles.

I purchased my Lexus at this location after a lot of searching around town. They had my car ordered from another state so it would have all the features and upgrades I wanted. I felt completely satisfied with the customer service I received; not only did they answer all my questions, and there were many, but they also went to great lengths to ensure I was completely happy.

Since purchasing my vehicle, I have taken my car here to be serviced... from the receptionists to the mechanics; everyone tries to make your experience a positive one. I love the goodies they have in the lobby, yum! And it usually does not take long from the time you drop your car off til you are driving out in a loaner while your car is serviced. I also appreciate the fact that when you bring in a Lexus to get serviced you get a Lexus loaner car (I thought this was standard at all dealerships but have since learned that is not always the case).
