Brought our 2012 rogue to Jim Click Nissan at Automall. We bought the car out of state, still under warranty. Shifter not working correctly.
Jeff was the service advisor. Bottom Line? In over 40 years of owning auto's, I have never had service and follow up as I've received here. Many thanks. I'd go nowhere else.

I bought my car brand new in 2010 and by husband's truck used in 2014. Both times I was treated VERY well by the sales rep. I have been fitted in time and time again by the service department and I've been helped out by the Service Manager on warranty items when I needed it. I LOVE IT! They are awesome. I'd DEFINITELY return.

I've purchased 4 vehicles in the past 10 years from different Jim Click dealerships.  Today has led me to decide that I will no longer work with such a dysfunctional organization.

"Service for Life" should mean that you will service my vehicle until I sell it, not until you decide that you are no longer going to support your own program.

I'm actually glad that they failed me so miserably because I ended up taking my vehicle to my local Jiffy Lube where the owner took care of my oil change in a fraction of the time.

Goodbye Jim Click, I will not miss any of the experiences I have had at any of your dealerships.

We had a 2pm appointment to speak with someone about our options to move our cars to another state. My husband's phone was recently replaced so we didn't have the name. The sales department person in charge (Darrin) said there was no way to track who the appointment was with. He acted as if it was our fault because we didn't have the name and that he would have to go through his list of 12 to find out who. Terrible customer service.

Their service department has improved a lot, since the last time I had work done on my car (end of 2013). I've noticed that their personnel has changed. Maybe that was the issue I had with them before. They were friendly, relatively quick, and informed me of what was done. Ask for Troy to help you out!

Their internet sales department is a joke.  Absolutely no follow up from Vanessa and her team.  I gave them so many chances to sell me a car and they dropped the ball so many times!  Lazy sales people.
