Just had my car serviced. There were some areas where they could have charged me more for work but they found a cheaper alternative. I appreciate that. The staff people were all friendly and answered my questions and the service took the estimated time frame.

Since I had to hang out in the waiting room and do work I wish they would put the TV on mute. It's loud and annoying.  No one was watching it anyway so I finally turned it off. No one complained and two people thanked me. Mute the TV and it's a five star experience.

BTW, they get the most incredible cookies and cakes to munch on while you wait.  Apparently one of their other dealers has a cafe on-site where they get them from. I left very full. Smart move on their part.

I haven't bought a car here so my review is based on my one and only visit while looking for a new car. My impression is that this is a sloppily run dealership. I felt like my visit was an imposition on the salesman who apparently drew the short straw and got me. Of course, it looked like I was only customer there. The salesman didn't seem to be listening to what I wanted  and when asked questions gave me answers that didn't jive with what I had read. The topper was at the end he tried to sell me a 2009 Cube that he said was worth $30,000 but might sell for$19, 000 . Really!!! Maybe that was he way of cutting my 10 minute visit short

I am dropping the wife's new élantra off for the first time after buying it to get the oil changed. We got the performance package line for 24,3000 out the door... It was not without some heavy back and forth... The car listed for more then that and that did not include all the fees, taxes etc.... After going back and forth on price they wanted us to come inside... We had already been approved for financing on our own and I was set in my mind the highest I would pay... We ended up being about 3 thousand dollars apart so I had my name and number on a card and we walked ... The last thing I said before leaving was " if you wanna sell it to me for 24000,00 then call me and I will buy it immediately". We drove away and sure enough about 5 minutes later we got a call and the salesman asked if we would buy the car for 24300.00 and do it that night... I was not gonna haggle over the last 300.00 and we turned around...  The rest went very quickly...

Please don't think that i was unhappy at all.. I really expected the haggle and I already had my info on a card ready to walk... I think it is part of the deal...

In the end the salesmen are friendly, the place is well kept and everyone was nice to my 8 year old who had to put up with dad doing his thing.

I would definitely come back again and do it all over...

I had an excellent experience with Randy Gordy at Jim Click. He was understanding, patient and wasn't pushy and cocky as salesmen can be. I would definitely recommend him as a sales consultant.

This is an excellent family values business. Jim and Vicki are strong Tucson citizens both in the community and spiritually.

Having said that, you as a consumer, must do your homework. You must first KNOW what you want to buy and its relative worth and value. Consumer reports and others do a lot of research to keep the consumer informed. A salesperson is NOT a good purchasing adviser. Then when you purchase stick to the numbers. Be fully willing to walk out. Even do your homework on the "Options and add-ons round" that you will face. If you do not have a strong presence and are not willing to negotiate for lowest prices, bring someone with you that will.

We all want to get the best prices we can get. We all want to buy wholesale while the dealer wants to sell full retail plus. Remember, in our society, profit is good and necessary to keep our economy going. There is a happy point somewhere in between. Through your research and knowledge you and the car dealer can both be winners. Be strong.

We purchased used. We did our homework. We got an acceptable deal with lifetime maintenance. My family and I love our vehicle and it is still running well. The additional maintenance (like brakes) are a bit expensive but I always have a backup source to compare prices. Sometimes to save time I have it done there. Other times, to save money on expensive repairs/maintenance, I call my excellent mobile mechanic.

The "Free for Life" maintenance and crew are very professional. They treat you like you were paying for it. They will show you if they see a problem to advise you of its cost.

Overall, it is a great family run and oriented business. Never met anyone except good people in all of the Click Team.

We dreaded shopping for a new car, but it was a necessary evil. My SIL is very happy with her new Hyundai and recommended Jim Click's dealership and a salesman there named Bill. We went to see Bill, and he took excellent care of us! There were no sleazy high-pressure tactics. I can't recommend Jim Click Hyundai and Bill highly enough.

Buying a car is not a fun process. The buyer is often defensive, and the salesperson may be desensitized to the scariness of such as huge purchase because of his job. In my experience, Jim Click employs some pretty great salespeople (not all of them, but you point to a sales industry without some serious douchebags and I'll bake you a cake) and a good salesperson makes to process sooo much easier to stomach.

I have bought three cars in the Tucson area, and the second two have been from Jim Click. My salesperson both times, Bill Ellsworth, knows his stuff and helped me prioritize my needs and wants to help me get the most for my budget. He didn't hold my hand and promise me anything spectacular. He showed me what I wanted, then showed me the numbers. Since I didn't have a winning lottery ticket, I had to make some sacrifices, but I felt like I got a great deal, again. My paperwork was done in a timely manner, and the finance manager, David, explained additional figures to me and was WAY better than the last finance guy I had to deal with.

Buying a car - the actual buying of the car - is what you make of it. If you are some idiot going in with unrealistic expectations or act lack an ignorant rager who thinks sales professionals are only there to screw you, than you are probably going to have problems. And the paperwork takes a while. If you don't like that, than improve your credit score or pay with cash. But in my experience, if you get a good salesperson and come in with realistic expectations, then Jim Click can offer you a fair deal with minimal hassle.

Oh, and just a tip from me to you...before acting like an asshole, remember, these people do this every day. Listening without being paranoid and defensive can get you a long way in getting a good deal.
And if you really think your salesperson is a dick, ask a manager to step in and maybe get a diff one to help you. As a consumer, you can make choices without acting like a three year old.

Top notch service all the way! From the purchase of my car to the oil changes that it gets every month. Great service and best of all it is usually exceptionally quick!

I bought my first new car from Jim Click Ford in my mid 20's, quite a few years ago now. The experience was just about as bad as you can imagine. After we had agreed upon a price, and I had already signed a contract and had the car for about 5 days, they called me and told me that if I wanted to keep the car I had to refinance it at a higher price because the original loan fell through. Being young and gullible I fell for what I believe to now be an illegal scam. When I brought the car back, I complained about the rate change which raised my monthly payment by about $50 a month, a substantial amount for me back then. My complaints were met with anger from one of their managers, even telling me at one point in the conversation "Damn it! Do you want your old car back?! Because I got it out back there and we'll just end this whole f'ing deal now." Looking back on it, I wish I had called his bluff and said "sure, go get my old car and let's cancel the deal" but I was planning to marry and start a family so I wanted something more reliable. So, they won. They made a few more dollars off me, but in the end they lost because I've always remembered how taken advantage of I felt by them and have related this story to friends and coworkers.

*The only reason I'm giving them 2-stars and not 1-star is because sometimes Yelp hides 1-star reviews. But they definitely deserve 1-star.

"Jim C" do you have documentation showing that 99.9% of your customers are satisfied or are we just supposed to take your word for it? 99.9% satisfaction is hard to believe for ANY company let alone a car dealership. Try again.

Okay, guess I don't have the great fortune to be buying at employee prices like the last reviewer. That might have changed my opinion of them. Don't expect them to go out of their way to be nice or competitive with their pricing. Our attempts to negotiate terms on our trade-in were met with a hand-off and a very un-movable manager who claimed to be "Mr. Click's Assistant".  Our experience made us feel that  their "no haggle policy" really meant "we get enough folks paying cash for our prices so we don't need to cater to your needs". So, we left and bought our car at Carmax up the way a week later. Too bad for Jim Click.

Update: We bought a car at Tucson Dodge a year-later shortly before the customer service rep. responded with a menacing form letter to my review (& another person's, too). Too little too late should be their slogan.

I am decently let down from my experience with this company. I had heard nothing but great things about them, however, I found them to be a disappointment. The salesman I worked with was a nice guy and seemed to be knowledgeable to his trade, however, he didn't make any significant effort to stay in contact with me through the sales process, even though I specifically asked him too. This lead to me losing interest in doing business with them, and will probably influence my future choices in whom I will purchase an automobile from. I feel purchasing a vehicle is an important and very expensive decision, one that should be pursued with professionalism that I felt was lacking.

My family has been buying cars from Jim Click Ford Lincoln Mercury in Tucson since 1998. Our first and only sales associate Craig Zingg, has been the best help and advocate for our family when buying vehicles. Sure, these dealerships are out to make money, and I want them to. However, the folks at Jim Click treat you with respect and care, knowing that in the long run their business will profit more if they take excellent care of their clients. And that's what they have done with us.

We buy all our cars at employee prices because an immediate family member retired from Ford, so they don't make very much money off of us. But they ALWAYS go out of their way to get us the best deal. I just bought my very first car, and they found me 4.9% APR as a first time buyer through Ford Credit, and they worked with us on the trade-in price to make the deal possible. If anything, these guys took a little financial blow to help us out. Customer loyalty is their top priority. And they have ours, since I drove from Phoenix last night to get my brand new Focus in Tucson!

I'll never buy a car from another dealership - these guys are TOPS. PLUS: if you  buy a car there, you get tire rotation and oil changes FOR LIFE! That's right - you go in, they change your oil and rotate your tires, and you don't pay a penny.

I LOVE Jim Click Automotive.
