Took my car in 3 weeks ago to get a needed repair under my vehicle's warranty. They fixed it with no problem. However, I was told after the tech test drove my car, I was in need of a brake job in the front. I was told my front rotars are warped and my pads are very warn less than 20%. I never noticed my brakes pulsating like the tech claimed they were doing. Jim Click Kia advisor "Hencho" quoted me an estimate of around $350. Being skeptical, I took my car over to Brake Masters for an inspection today and a second opinion.
At Brake Masters on Oracle Rd, the manager took me and showed me that I have 75-80% of my front pads. He also showed me that I have NO warped rotars. He said I dont need any brake service for a long time still. It goes to show how dishonest Jim Click Kia really is and not to trust a Service Advisor named "Hencho". Jim Click Kia is misleading and not honest with their customers. They are out to make money from you when you don't need the work. Customers beware.

Worse service department ever. The East side Royal Kia is busier and they take me in same day. With Jim Click Kia they don't ask information on phone, they set up appointment a week later. It may only take a moment to fix. They don't care. This has happened many times. I have to drive an extra 20 minutes now. I give Royal Kia 10 stars. When Jim Click none. They have no heart to be in the business.  Their service department has never done the job right. They don't even ask your phone number to contact when your car is ready or what your car needs.
