Purchased a Ford F-150 Platinum-- Salesman is great-- would buy again from him-- a bit of the process is bogged down internal bureaucracy -- but overall-- this is where I will go to buy my next truck as well--

I had a good experience here although I did not purchase a vehicle from them, I couldn't get my payments where I wanted them but the staff tried to accommodate me and for the most part almost did. I would recommend that if your in a good position to buy a vehicle to go here. I worked with Daniel and he still contacts me about vehicles that may work better for me. Who knows, maybe I'll end up purchasing from them after all :)

This was first service on my Fusion Hybrid @ 10,000 miles. It was suppose to just be just an oil change (lifetime service included in original purchase).  But there were 2 recall notices so I had them do that too under warranty.  It was suppose to take a couple of hours. After about 1 and a half hours I finally got a ride home.  To be fair they replaced the fuel pump and re-calibrated the PCM, not a quick procedure.  Also I glad them fix a couple of moldings that were coming off.

After 5 hours, I got a call it was done. I checked out no charge.  As i walked up to the car, I noticed the front molding was hanging. It was not like that when I came in.

I showed the service manager and he took it in the back to fix it.

I had a mixed experience. I wonder how it will go next service update.

Service here was fantastic and the people were so friendly! The lunch was great in their cafe while we waiting and the internet is tv with football games kept is entertained and happy. We are driving out with with new tires and oil change plus for our trip back to the east coast. Thank you B. J. For taking such good care of us.

I don't get the low ratings here... Honestly yes... If you plan on getting your car serviced, you're looking at being here for at least a couple hours... ITS FREE MAINTENANCE FOR LIFE! If you don't like the wait time, go get the car serviced else where and pay out of pocket if you want! Going elsewhere doesn't void that guarantee!

But to get to my personal experience, I had a great buying experience. Marcos Fimbres was my salesman. He will make sure you're fully taken care of. The day I bought my car, there was a huge dust storm, so it looked pretty dirty. I brought it in for a wash and ended up being here more than 3 hours. I wasn't told I was gonna be here very long so instead of taking my 2 year old home, I kept him with me... I was pretty upset seeing as how I was told that this wouldn't be more than a a half hour. However the manager came to me and apologized and handed my keys to me immediately. Marcos also personally corrected the problem and my faith in this place has definitely been restored. They honor their guarantees and warranties. I'm very pleased here. It's a no bull s*it place. They don't push you or make you feel any sort of way when looking even if it's clear you have no intention of buying. Love this place.

I had a fantastic purchasing experiences here. Carlos was outstanding and did a great job finding me the exact Ford Edge that I was looking for. He search and got it from another one of their locations. He worked with my price range, made it happen, was easy to communicate with - (He works with the internet customers, so we were able to email back and forth which works best for me!) I would definitly go back. I never thought I would love any car as much as my BMW I had, but I havent missed it much since getting into my new car!

I was looking to purchase a car a dealership and I had no luck here.  They did not have any cars that were appealing or anything that stood out for me.  It is hard enough for me to purchase a car, but when there is limited options it is difficult.  

Also, the sales people looked like vultures ready to jump on the dead...not impressed.

I must say I'm rather amazed at the low ratings for Jim Click dealerships and service across the board on yelp.  The only explanation I can come up with is that people are more willing to come on here if they have a  gripe than a praise.  It's human nature.

Well, I'm here to praise! :)  Bought a used vehicle two days ago.  Through no fault of the dealership or the salesman, there was a problem that needed to be resolved in some form or another. The management, sales and finance went above and beyond what was required to be helpful and to make us happy, in my opinion.  I am not of the mindset that the customer is always right, so for a company to go out of its way to be of service to me--well, that earns 5 stars.  

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, professional, down to Earth.   Special kudos to Craig Zingg, our sales person.  Should we ever need another vehicle, Jim Click will be at the top of the list
