While my sales/purchasing experience was great (Ty is a rock star!), my service experience was not as good. I came in last Wednesday asking to get routine maintenance done, and they scheduled me a week out. That's my bad as I didn't realize an appointment was necessary. Arrived 15 minutes early (9:45 am) for my scheduled appointment (10 am) today, and was informed it would take at least two hours because they were backed up.

Upon checking in, I mentioned my concern about a 'check engine' light coming on, and they informed me that I'd need another appointment to have that looked into. I also requested they install the alarm system I purchased with the Jeep, and they let me know that's a different department.

Two hours and 24 minutes later, I've got the oil changed and tires rotated. I've got an appointment to return on Friday to have the 'check engine' light looked into. No status on getting the alarm system installed.

Construction made it rather chaotic, but that's not a big deal. The folks were all really friendly. It's the system in place for having my Jeep serviced that I take issue with.

Took our brand new jeep in 3 times to fix a simple squeek in the drivers window. Got the run around about what the cause was. They have had the car for a week now and still not fixed. They dont answer the phones or return calls telling you the status  of my car. We will be going to Larry H. Miller Jeep at 7800 E 22nd st from now on. I hope Mr Click reads these because I would love to talk to him! Sorry Jim but youlist me for life as a customer!

Brought my 2002 Jeep Liberty in because of a bad wire connection to the speed sensor on rear differential.  My appointment was for 8:00am and I live two hours out of town.  I got it here at 7:30am and I'm still waiting at 12:30.
I'm still here at 4:00pm (8.5 hours later).  The worst part of it is... I had this same exact job done in Oracle 7 months ago and it took them less than an hour.  They could have at least told us it was going to take ALL day so we could have rented a vehicle or made other plans.   My entire day completely wasted! Never again will I come back to Jim prick jeep.

Horrible dealer. We went there looking for a Jeep and they were not very interested in helping us. We then told them to call us when they got in the Jeep we were looking for, and we would come down and test drive it. Ironically we stopped at their competitor and that competitor tried to earn our sale and took about $2500 off the vehicle and gave us about $3k more for our trade than it was worth. Needless to say we bought that same day.  A few weeks later we still NEVER got even a follow up sales call.  We went in and asked about a identical vehicle and they again blew us off. We noticed they had the IDENTICLE jeep Willy's we had already bought. It was a trade in with  3k miles, and Identical in features to a "T"......Jim Click wanted $4k more for the used one than we got our new one for. I even asked the sales man AGAIN, to please call us if he could get us a better price.......it's been a month and not even a follow up call.  Now I am still in the market, but since jim Click wouldn't take us seriously, or even bother to call us back (twice) I am going to drive to Phoenix to make my purchase. Jim Click is obviously not hurting for sales, as they don't even call potential clients back, and they do not negotiate price at all. I have also heard their service is horrible.  *****UPDATE:  I have since purchased our 2nd Jeep Wrangler from Larry Miller, as Jim Click wouldn't even call us back or negotiate. I went with a 2015 Willy's Wheeler Unlimitted, the extended warranty and lifetime oil changes. I am very happy we gave our $75k to another dealer who actually wanted our business.

I bought my current vehicle from JC Chrysler and they were awesome. I would buy every car from them. The only problem is the maintenance for life program and the service department. Over the past three years I have taken my car for oil changes and twice they have "forgotten" to put very important parts back on. The first time the oil filter & I swear my car hasn't ran the same since and two weeks ago the service tech forgot to connect the air filter and my car was sputtering and shaking, luckily my husband found it and tightened everything. We went on a road trip and my car stalled the whole time. When we returned I called the service dept they took my info and never called me back. Why sell a service that your not going to back 100%?

I will always take my business elsewhere! They don't care and over charge. I made an appointment to drop off my 300 at 830 am I asked the sales rep Vince what time it might be ready.  He told me 12  came back at 12 30. He told me my car had not been serviced yet but it was next. I demanded my keys back. They played games and continued to say it was next to be serviced. Ten minutes later I was given my car. I drove down the street to Car Max. The alignment was almost 40 bucks cheaper they got me in at 1pm and had my car back by 3 that day.

So if you all notice reviews clumped together it's because I just found Yelp and I am writing about everything I've experienced since I moved to Tucson.

My partner Brian and I moved to Tucson July 1st, Brian needed a new car, and the first dealership we found when we arrived was Jim Click.  We spoke with Manny an OUTSTANDING sales person, VERY attentive, cared about our needs and budget.  

He asked us many qualitative questions, our monthly pricing goals, and what kind of car Brian wanted.  Brian was originally looking for a Chrysler 300 type car, something cushy with options.  We looked at everything Brian wanted to see and  Manny suggested he at least look at a Jeep just for prospective.  Brian fell in love with the Jeep.

So we had been in Tucson for about 2 days and already having this outstanding car buying experience.

Manny was even nice enough to drive us around during our test drive and show us a few hot spots in Tucson.  Our experience with Jim Click was outstanding, and Manny has earned a customer for life!
