It's hard for me to give any car repair place a five star review, but they earned this!

My girlfriend got in an accident, so as her man, it was my duty to make sure her Honda Element got fixed, and fixed well. AAA recommend them, and the Yelp reviews looked good so I gave them a shot.

When we got the car back, the exterior looked like new, perfect job. Unfortunately, we ended up having some mechanical issues. We called and told them and they were very apologetic and told us to bring it right back in. They dealt with all the insurance stuff for us, fixed all the problems, and gave her a nice wash before we got the car back!

When we went to pick up, the second time, they were funny, nice and personable.

Sometimes it's not the problem as much as how it's handled that is truly the mark of an excellent business.  I would highly recommend them for any body or collision work!

This is a strange review for me to write... I totaled my beloved 9 year old (paid off, damnit!) car last week. They towed her to Eric's who unsurprisingly declared her a total loss *gasp*!

I can't vouch for their repair abilities, but I can certainly say without a doubt that when I dragged my somber, mourning self into the shop yesterday afternoon to "release" my car and "gather my personal belongings," I was treated with dignity and respect. I was handed a few garbage bags (I never considered what I'd carry 9 years of god-only-knows-what home in), given a few moments alone with her, and I was on my way.

On the hood was a smiley face drawn in marker. I know in my head it was a symbol that meant the hood would be salvageable... but in my heart, it was a happy little smile from my car that said, "Don't worry about smashing me into that super cute Prius! We had 9 good years together and it is time to move on!"

RIP, my sweet Ivy. Thanks Eric's for making it so easy...

I've been lax on the reviews lately because I've had a huge inconvenience. An elderly lady backed into me in a parking lot. Suck. I has driving my new '08 and was really, really, really upset. After dealing with her insurance, I was told about the places that I could take it to. This location came the most highly recommended and the work was guaranteed. I have to say that throughout the whole mess of having to take the car for estimates, taking it back it get serviced, and waiting, the people here were pretty awesome. They set everything up so that it would be as hassle-free for me as possible. They set everything up with the car rental place, called them to pick me up and even posted pictures of my car's progress online. I highly, highly recommend them.
