bought our first acura from chapman...........first being a first time acura buyer  they   n e v e r   told us that  acura recommends  premium there goes our gas savings...second when i went in to discuss this  with  the sales manager he  was just plain im 74 years old and this was going to be a not so happy experience.....until....jennifer got involved....she was absolutely terrific  and professional.....she solved the problem to our  mutual satisfaction and we went from a not so happy customer to one who now respects  chapman acura concerns for customer and is willing to try and solve any concerns...

First Routine Service Successful

I purchased a car here in December; this was my first routine oil change for the new vehicle. Chris was professional and helpful. He was able to secure a brief loaner car while my MDX was cared for. It would have been pleasant to wait in their facility, but  I had a meeting I had to make so it worked out.

I was having some unusual trouble with my 04 TSX and was referred to Chapman by a friend of a friend.  From the moment I walked in the office, Joe Cassano was such a delight!  My car was in the shop for about 2 weeks as it was difficult for them to quickly find out what the problem was, but I have no complaints as Joe gave me a new TL to drive around.  He truly cared about the condition of my vehicle and my safety in the interim.  I will definitely continue to visit Chapman Acura in the future!

Just got my new 2013 Acura RDX from Chapman.  Love the SUV and loved my buying experience!  Worked with Brett on the purchase and got a wonderful deal.  Had to wait a little while to get the color I wanted, but it was worth it!  Brett kept us up-to-date on everything and made the entire process as smooth as possible.  If you're looking for a new car, I definitely recommend you talk to Chapman Acura.

Great salesman with a shady sales manager.

Was looking at vehicle and was working with Eddie he was extremely nice, very accommodating, and immensely helpful. I was ready to buy a car on the lot and took it to a local shop for a purchase inspection. Mechanic found problems and they were costly. I went back with the mechanics report and at that point I ended up dealing with the Sales manager. He not only was condescending and aggressive he basically called me and the shop liars. He assured me the car would be checked out but would not repair the problem to make the sale. Yet when I drove by the next day the car was back out on the lot waiting for a less informed buyer to purchase a  $19K vehicle that needed a $4K repair.

Eddie is great and was really easy to work with but the sales manager was quite the opposite. The fact they put a vehicle with a problem with the steering back on the lot without a repair speaks a great deal about the integrity of this dealer.

When I have to use jumper cables on my car before 8 AM, I'm not going to be a happy camper.

However, the folks at the Chapman Acura service center made the rest of my day go as smoothly as possible. I pulled right in, dropped off my car, and sat in the lounge long enough to have a sip of water before I was shuttled off to work. The attendant who drove me was knowledgeable, nice, and a very safe driver in a tempting car.

Once I received notice that my car was finished, I spoke with another driver (Dave) who was very pleasant on the phone. He came by to get me, held up his end of the conversation, and dropped me back at the service center.

Once inside, I was only there long enough to have a complimentary chocolate chip cookie before my vehicle was outside and ready to go.

The whole process was so easy that I'd recommend them to anyone, and the complimentary car vacuum and wash almost made me forget about those 8 AM jumper cables.

Work with Chad to make a reasonable deal.  My TSX is awesome.  Their service center is reputable but not as personable as they once were due to management changes.
