Truck masters gave me a great deal and it literally took 15 minutes for the whole deal to be completed. If you want a great deal and do not have time to haggle and play the normal car buying games, go see the fellas at truck masters. Dustin took great care of us and the whole transaction was smooth. Clean and Classy place to buy a used truck.

Thanks guys !

I could not have a higher opinion of a auto dealership! I found a truck that absolutely suited every facet of my needs and wants and contacted Truckmasters the next day. I sent an email and, which was immediately responded to by Lamar. He was courteous and very amenable to my schedule and needs. I realized that I would not have time over the weekend to spend hours in a dealership, so I agreed to look at the truck and let Truckmasters look at mine for trade-in value. They were not pushy and were completely understanding of my schedule and I was in and out of there in 30 minutes. Throughout the day, I negotiated with both Lamar and Terry and we arrived at a number that we both could walk away feeling good about the deal. I had excellent financing options at the best rates available and Truckmasters beat the interest rates of USAA and Bank of America, with their financing partners available to them. I asked Lamar and Terry to draw up the paperwork and I would sign first thing in the morning; They said I would be in and out in under twenty minutes (I thought differently) and sure enough, I arrived at 8:10 and left with my new truck at 8:30. I have purchased 15 vehicles in my life and this was by far the best experience I have had at any dealership across they country! They did not entrap me, pressure me, lie to me, or otherwise make me feel as though I was a prisoner like so many dealership do....a huge thanks to Lamar, Terry, and Mia for making this happen as promised!

Was a little skeptical of getting financed due to my bad credit.
TJ Kim did a great job getting me into nice 07 silverado.

They had a great looking selection of trucks, and will be going to see TJ and truckmasterz again when it's time to upgrade.

I am really enjoying my F-150 Platinum! James, Terry and Maya made my buying experience a pleasant one. Got in and out quick and they took good care of me. I recommend them if you are sick of playing the games the big dealers play. They gave me what I wanted for my trade and sold me my new truck for less than KBB.

Go see them if you are tired of the circus balloons and the people corrals at the big dealers.

Dealt with Larry came in about 6 and was literally out in an hour and half. Can not believe how upfront he was with us and how     Beyond helpful he was. Everyone that worked there carried the same attitude. Even being close to closing time! He could have sold us an more expensive car but was straight up with the possible matinee issues. I can't say enough about this place great job guys! I won't go anywhere else for a vehicle, this place made the car buying experience so easy and hassle free

I was an out of state buyer, The guys there worked the deal with fair pricing via phone/text/email.  They were never not available and answered all questions thrown at them.  I made the appointment to pick it up first Saturday morning, they were ready to go and I was out of there in less than an hour with my new truck.  Great Job!!!

TruckMasters on Indian School rd is awesome!  Francis is nice, honest, smart and made it all about me. Their trucks and all their other cars are super badass. If you don't buy from them then you're a dumbass. Don't be a dumbass.  Be smart, go buy from Francis.

We started looking for an SUV in April, inquired in a couple and Tony replied with the information requested. He called us once to ask if we had any questions. In May we went in to test drive a couple SUVs. Tony helped us and took us to their other location where we actually found the car we purchased.
I really appreciate the fact Tony wasn't your stereotypical car salesman, he is knowledgeable and patient. Once we decided in a car we were turned over to Mia in the finance department who is just a pleasure to deal with. The process was quick and painless. This was the best car shopping experience I've had. I love my Infiniti QX56!  And I would definitely return to purchase another vehicle.

I purchased an 08 BMW 550. I was really stuck on a certain exterior/interior, 6 speed combo that I only found a few of in the nation. They had one at their dealership that they advertised as "flawless". I flew in to see it and it was no where near "flawless". First, they informed me that the car was "detailed" that morning. It looked like my 8 year old nephew did the "detail". At best, I would describe their detail as a horrible wash. When I asked about the detail they informed me they had a lot of cars to detail and that's the quality. Sounds like a poor excuse to me. The more issues I found the more they tried to get me away from the car to get the paperwork done. There was broken panels under the rear of the car, the fog light was broken, nice size dent in rear bumper, another dent on passenger door, rear window molding falling apart, and a good amount of paint chips on the front bumper. I was dumbfounded how they can say this car was "flawless". They gave me 100 bucks off for about $1000 of work. Regardless I figured I wasn't going to find another one like this so I bit the bullet and purchased it for 2-3 grand more than I should of. I drove off the parking lot and had a phone call from them within 5 minutes telling me they messed up the paperwork with my loan. I didn't really care cause I was going to refinance with my credit union once I was back in Cali. Next day I figured out there were no floor mats and called to see if they had them. Their response was the car was sold as is and if they turn up they'll call me, all I can think was, "flawless huh?" Long story short, I paid too much for a car I liked a lot. They are the typical slimy used car salesmen who say anything to get your money. I do not recommend them.

If you're looking for a very nice clean truck look here but one thing's for sure if you have bad credit don't bother but if you have good credit this is where you should buy your truck unfortunately I have bad credit so couldn't get my truck but I know when I go back with good credit James is going to take good care of me

I purchased a used Chevy Suburban from this family owned dealership, and though it wasn't a seamless experience, everything worked out and the deal was made.

There was an issue with the vehicle from the start so they kept it a day to fix it before I drove off. This problem was unfortunately not fixed as promised and the car gave me trouble during my initial two weeks out of the area. When I returned, they claimed to have solved the issue and clearly had not: The car continually turned off while driving, and the battery would recycle. This would quite hazardously happen driving on the highways of LA where there is no shoulder to drive off onto.

I could go on about this, but the real reason I am choosing to write about this dealership is because now, about a year after making the purchase, I am attempting to trade in my 4WD, 1 owner, Chevy Suburban, only to find that what I actually purchased was a 2WD, 2 owner SUV with a record of replaced parts indicating that it had been broken into and modified. Information that the new dealership told me was impossible that the dealership that sold me the vehicle would not have known. After spending over $30,000 on an SUV that one year and 15,000 miles later is apparently worth less than $11,000, I hope this review helps others be more discerning than I was when I purchased, or rather was "sold" this car. Good luck!
