Jeremy the Bear

I came into the dealership about 3 weeks ago as part of my due diligence in looking for a vehicle.

I was not rushed to make a decision, and he allowed me the time I need in making a well-thought-out purchase. Jeremy was very helpful and explaining options and what Truckmasters would do for me as a customer.

Jeremy also introduced me to Mike in Finance and made the experience enjoyable. I purchased a great vehicle and am happy with the overall experience.

I highly recommend Jeremy and the Truckmasters dealership when purchasing a vehicle.

If you're looking for a very nice clean truck look here but one thing's for sure if you have bad credit don't bother but if you have good credit this is where you should buy your truck unfortunately I have bad credit so couldn't get my truck but I know when I go back with good credit James is going to take good care of me

Bottom line: Its a used car dealership, a nice one mind you, but it is still a used car dealership.

So I got a bee in my bonnet that I want to start looking for a diesel jeep cherokee. One popped up on the Truckmasters website, now unfortunately is isnt a good time for me to buy a new car, but being that a diesel jeep is fairly rare. I figure that I am probably going to have to buy one a long ways off and drive it home, so I wanted to drive one to see if it even is the car for me. Well I made the 100+ mile drive from Tucson. I was promptly approached by a sales man and with in 5 minutes I was test driving the jeep.  During the test drive I did elude HEAVILY that was in no position to purchase today, or soon. I know I am a bad person for abusing the test drive. After the test drive we went into the office and played the old game of what can I do to get you in it today. Being that I am currently trying to start my own business and have no incoming cash flow and my current car is doing just fine I simply said "you cant", He popped off and dragged over the boss who again started with the so what can we do to get you into that car.
I said "well I currently have all of $80 to my name and am in no position to buy," Undeterred the Bossman said "You dont need to worry about a down payment  we have good financing."
I said "my credit is crap."
To which he said "We have 100% financing if you have a job."
"I'm starting my own business right now so I dont have one."
"As long as you have income coming in," said the bossman
"I dont Yet." I replied
"Well how do you pay yourself?" he said stunned
"I am just floating right now." I retorted "I hope to have a good stream coming in by the end of the year"
"Well I hope we can do business then" he said as he stuck out his hand.
"So do I," I said shaking his.

Now I will say I have been involved with the buying of used cars probably about 10 times in my adolescent to adult life. These guys seamed like real straight shooters, sure they pushed for the hard sale, as I know I looked like an easy mark driving 100 miles to look at a very specific car. But after 3 no's they gave up (this is the sign of a VERY professional salesman) Had I been in the position to buy I would have been driving that car home with no hesitation, provided they could have got the price right.

Owner is a sexist, homophobic jerk that claims he can work with any credit and down payment situation but refused to sell to me. My credit isn't great but it isn't horrible either. I do have a down payment that is over $1000 but he would not sell to me. This guy flat out refused. I have a nice 2007 trade in as well but would even give me time of day. But he did suggest that I go out four-wheeling with my guy friends. I will never even consider buying from this place again.
