We had the most enjoyable experience this past week.  We had been in contact with John, regarding a car advertised on the Internet.   He was very helpful,  engaging.   We have had several recent experiences sitting in dealership offices.  This was by far, the most pleasant.   The car was delivered in beautiful condition.  Every single step was pleasant.   We are very happy with our purchase.   We would recommend Sanderson Lincoln.   Thanks so much to John and Adam, and Todd.

Wow is all I have to say. I was in the market for a Cadillac CTS and searching auto trader I found a few that fit my budget one of the happened to be at Sanderson Lincoln. After a day of going to dealerships and not finding anything I wanted I headed there I was approached by Clay Kling I believe was his name and he was such a great person, he took his time with me and really helped get me in that car. I am extremely happy with the customer service and the deal they got me. Have never had a better car buying experience. EVER. Would hig to recommend you check this place out. Felt like I was buying a car from my own family!

The staff at Sanderson Lincoln made buying my new car painless and quick. Working with their internet sales group I got an incredible price on the exact car I wanted. There were no real challenges that the team didn't overcome and I couldn't be happier with my purchase or the experience. I got in later in the evening and everyone stayed late to complete my purchase and send me home in my brand new lincoln.

A couple of years ago my friend purchased a car from Sanderson Lincoln and I was with him, I saw how great his experience was which encouraged this experience. The staff remembered my friend and I from his purchase and were extremely warm. I can't wait for my continued experiences with their service department and I have every confidence they will take great care of me.

I recently purchased a 2014 MKS, a beautiful car, and at a great price! I had a small problem with a rear wheel de~laminating , they fixed it properly and even delivered a loaner for my wait. I am extremely impressed with all levels of this dealership,from my sales consultant John Lozano, service advisor Travis Gudknecht, his two cute assistants, and of course GM Stan Parkhurst. Thanks for everything and I plan on being a loyal customer for many years to come.

Having been in the Phoenix area for nearly 30 years, I'd heard about Sanderson Ford many times and all the great things they do. I never really saw myself owning a Ford product, however, until the last couple of years. When time came to update my vehicle I chose Sanderson Lincoln based on knowing salesman Clay Kling personally but not closely. Like many people, for me the thought of going car shopping is on par with getting a root canal, but the Sanderson dealerships are different. I went in not knowing what to expect but they exceeded my expectations.

Clay was very patient with me as a customer who couldn't make up his mind for about two weeks. However, Clay did everything he could to make me want to purchase a car from him and the dealership he represented. He and they were never pushy, but did help guide my decision with just the right amount of follow-up. I've had my car just under a month and love it. I still feel like a "hot prospect" customer with their dedicated service after the sale. Had my first service call today for some minor issues that needed attention. All was done right, on time and done well. Sanderson Lincoln has a loyal customer in me.

Dealing with Sanderson Lincoln over the past few years has been a pleasure. The salesman I dealt with worked very hard to find the exact car my wife was looking for with only the options she wanted, all at the right price. He made the buying experience the best I've ever had - no high-pressure selling or tricks. It was almost too easy. He was very upfront and accommodating.

Since then, I have had the car in for regular maintenance and service. Travis does a GREAT job. They are always on time, offer me a loaner car, and clean/wash the car when done.

If you are in the market for a Lincoln in the Phoenix area, I HIGHLY recommend them!!

Back in the Spring of 2008, my Wife was ready for a new car. We checked Sanderson's  inventory of  2008 Mercury Grand Marquis models online finding the one she liked. The Salesman gave us a test drive  and we purchased it then and there. This was our only experience at this location. We have no knowledge of their service or parts departments at this location.

Sanderson Lincoln is known for their honest way they conduct business and we experienced it first hand.  From the Sales team, namely Eddie K (Kosakowski) and the Service Department, namely Charles, everyone treated us with the best customer service and made us feel confident in our choice.  We want to personally thank Eddie K for the great experience that we had buying our 2008 MKX Lincoln.  We were impressed with your professionalism from the time that we made the phone call to inquire about our Lincoln MKX and then ultimately the purchase of the vehicle. I have been getting my Lincoln MKX serviced at Sanderson Lincoln since I moved to the Phoenix area almost two years ago. At my last oil change three months ago, it was recommended that I purchase at least two new tires. I was given a rating for each of the existing tires and I decided to purchase two rear tires. When I returned today for my next oil change, I was given the exact same speech concerning my tires. The ratings and all were an exact replica of my last visit. I stared the service manager in the eyes and told him that I had just heard this scenario three months ago and that the new tires were currently on my Lincoln. I thought he was going to drop over. He tried to back pedal so fast and furiously that he looked like a total imbecile and crook might I add. Unfortunately that will be the last time that I use this dishonest establishment. My grandfather, my father, my brother, and now my nephew have owned a family run Ford / Lincoln dealership in the midwest for the past 60 years. I know how important it is to be honest and straightforward with your customers. Sanderson Lincoln should be banned from business.

I was looking to buy a car and just stumbled upon these guys and got a much nicer car than I was looking for. They spent the time showing  the whole process so we understood. The technology in the Lincoln MKS is great and they showed us how it works and how to use it, very happy with this purchase.

I think the repairs are done with quality.  If they recommend a repair I would get a second opinion to verify it needs done.  Also shop their repair rates to make sure they are in the ball park.  Example they charged near 400 for a bad air pressure sensor... I called a different shop which quoted less than 100.   They charge for a check engine diagnostic fee. Where almost every other shop this is free or waived if the repair is done.

Love Sanderson Lincoln service :)  Since my Navigator is on the extended service plan......Anything major went wrong and they gave me a loaner car, usually a new towncar for the day or two.  
They also have a quick lube area for the simple service: oil changes, brakes, tires....They took care of my tires here since they wore out way before the mileage warranty.  
I always get taken care of here and even though the Lincoln needs more service then my other cars it gets fixed right and on time here.  
I never had to go back and get the same thing fixed a second time.  The techs here know what they are doing and even caught problems with my Navigator before it became a major issue.
