Purchased a vehicle 1st week of April 2015 from Luxury Motorsports.  I'll spare the details, but this is an old school dealership like the kind your father warned you about 30 years ago.  By old school I mean game playing silliness that was supposed have to have been gone from the car business.  The salesman aka internet sales manager who has no authority and takes everything to the sales and finance manager employs the old school write it down on a piece of paper back and forth across the desk deal 10 times. Utterly absurd, no one does vehicle buying like this in 2015.  Finance managers reminded me of car dealers from Chicago during the mid 80's, Italian mobsters, condescending and obnoxious.  Offered absurd finance rates initially of 11% and 8%, NO WAY when current rates on good credit for used vehicles is 3 to 4 % with banks and credit unions.  Finance managers act like they are doing you a favor, unprofessional.  Employing the walk out method to control this stupidity brought up the real finance offer from a yet unknown finance guy.  They have lots of vehicles, but you must walk in here with your skills on high alert or they will try to take you for a ride.

I thought I better provide an update since my post on 6-10-14. The issue is still unresolved. I still have a hole in my speaker. Luxury Motorsports made a weak attempt at trying to doctor up the issue and my vehicle was in their shop for one day and this did not fix the problem to completion.  Per Land Rover of Scottsdale's estimate you cannot replace the speaker cover, you have to replace the entire door panel. Of course Luxury Motorsports does not want to pay the money to replace this door panel.  I was told on the date of purchase, 3-31-14, that the part was ordered and the speaker would be fixed to my satisfaction in one week, with no holes. Do not believe anything you are told!!! I should have said the deal is off and when you get this fixed give me a call. I unfortunately tend to believe that people are telling me the truth. One thing I did do correct, is to decline the extended warranty. What a scam!!! You can get a much better warranty from another dealer. Do your homework, it will save you a bunch of money!!! My complaint is on the bbb website. This will be ongoing until the bbb decides the issue is unresolved and then the entire complaint will be available for consumers to view.

I purchased a used Infiniti from Luxury Motorsports.  The vehicle needed paint touch up and tires.  The service department went out of their way to take care of all of my requests.  I am quite pleased with the service.  I am glad that we purchased the extended warranty from Luxury Motorsports.  I believe that we will be well taken care of if we have any future service requirements.

As bad as it gets!

Salesperson Wendy was nice but from there it was downhill.

The finance person was simply condescending and dismissive. When I brought up concerns with the car after the test drive, he dismissed my concerns with a wave of his hand and a condescending voice. I almost walked out but gave Wendy a second chance.

While waiting, the salesman in the next cubicle was railroading a customer on the phone to come in. "I can't discuss a deal on the phone, you need to be here, when can you come down? No, we can't discuss numbers on the phone, when can you come down?"  I call BS! I've bought a car over the phone before - talk price, work a deal, come down to sign the deal.

When Wendy came back with the deal it was absurd. They were off by thousands, many thousands. Plus they obscure everything and only show the payment, hiding the sales price, trade-in value, financing terms, etc.

The car I was looking at was not well cared for by its previous owner(s). Essentially, it was crap, just like my experience at this place.

** No stars **

Buyer BEWARE!!!!!!
I bought a 07 mercedes c350 December 2012, only 72k on it now.

I'm so done with this luxury auto crap place. Scammmmmmm! Only had my car a year and lucky me I get to bring it back to them because of the warranty I bought.

While I was at the shop just now for the second time after getting my car back only two weeks later. (Note: They had my car a month and a half for emissions problem)
Guess what they replaced a the other line that wasn't even leaking.

A  lady came in with a complaint that the were missing a part for the air contitioner of her daughters car. She didn't get it replaced here, because it was not covered under warranty and now it's mysteriously missing.

The first time I was in to pick up my car after they had it a month and a half a lady was in for a reoccuring starter problem.

I really wish I got both of the ladies name.

Maybe they need new mechanics.

Luxury crap

Please do not waste your time here unless you are paying for a car in cash, having it inspected by a mechanic beforehand, and not buying a warranty.
Otherwise, you are likely to get taken advantage of.
I bought a vehicle that needed a new TPMS system because they switched out the wheels for me. When I brought the car back to have them installed (they told me the TMPS were in) there was nothing! I was told to come back later.
This was fine, but then I decided to cancel the warranty I bought because 4800 dollars seemed ridiculous!
This is where the battle began, and it took a full four months to get my refund. They never sent the funds to the warranty company (this is coming from the company) and claimed they had.
Long story short (and after at least a phone call a week to the dealership or warranty company), I got my check.
I had to have the warranty company contact the dealership and tell them upfront that they had not received funds.
Then, magically, the check was found and I picked it up that day!
I'm glad they finally settled the issue after me bothering them for four months, but it should not have to come to this.
Beware if you are doing anything more than paying for a car in total, and get it inspected!

I am a VERY picky car owner and was looking for a very specific car, Luxury Motorsports happen to have the car I was looking for. Buying a car should be simple and straight forward; having sold cars in the past, this is what I expect and this is what I got at Luxury Motorsports.  I got the car I was looking for at the price I asked, the buying process was smooth and I left without a second thought. Thinking about another car in a year or so and will defiantly give the crew at Luxury Motorsports first shot at finding me the car I want. The range of cars offered here is staggering, from 150k supercars to daily commuters, no matter the price attention detail is the same. I have sent several friends to LM and they had the same experience. Great dealer. 5 stars.
