Couldn't be happier with the service here while buying my jaguar! I found the car through auto trader and contacted the dealership. What I loved about the experience is my sales person, Pamela, never made me feel pressured and it took me a few days to shop around to finally decide on the vehicle at this dealership. Everyone from the front desk to finance was extremely professional. Make sure you ask for Pamela for top notch service!

Very racist towards Latinos. The GM and sales people won't even look at you when you are approaching, let alone negotiate. I felt very out of place, went there on November 23, 2014, Sunday and the Gm (drives black BMW) did not even give me the time of day, was condescending, rude and walked away from me as soon as I tried to negotiate with him, prepended to be on the phone, b.s. service. Don't go there if you are of colored skin!!

Just want to say what a wonderful experience my last service visit was, thanks to Don. I found out the warranty had expired on my car and I had several small things that would fall under my warranty had it been active. He was very helpful and kept calm while i began to rant. I didn't realize that although my car had low miles it had expired. Don helped get all 3 things taken care of and at no cost to me. He also gave me a discount on my oil change! I left feeling like I was treated right! Thank you Don and thank you Jaguar of Scottsdale for being fair to me and giving me a much needed break! ! I will happily be a returning customer!

This is my 3rd time servicing my Jaguar at this dealership and none of my experiences have been memorable.  I only go here because I have not been able to find another Jaguar dealership in the Phoenix area.  What I dislike the most in the lack of organization in their drive thru for service and their service/reception area.  The staff and environment appears very disorganized.  I am used to being greeted for service at other dealerships.  At this dealership you have to seek out help.  Once I request help they are helpful but  when you call 9 x's out of 10 the call goes to voicemail...their single source for service has you often times waiting for help when there are other service writers that could assist you.  They also always try to sell more service than necessary.  I have had two requests to troubleshoot technical display features that no one there could help me with.  This time after my oil change they forgot to give me my oil change sticker for future service so I can only hope that they really did the oil change.  I hate to complain but have always had 1st class service form other centers from Chevy to Mercedes Benz and would expect better from this organization.  I hope we can see improvement in the future!

Nice automobiles but the sales guys and costumer service is deplorable.  We have been there on several occasions and recd continually poor service.  I would go out of way not to purchase anything from them.

Excellent Service!  

I am not easily impressed, especially when it comes to car dealerships.  I can honestly say I have only been happy with one in my entire life.  That was a BMW dealership in Charlotte, NC.  I was happy but not elated. The dough-nuts were good enough, etc but I just did not have a warm fuzzy feeling.  They did what they were supposed to and that is where everything ended.

Fast forward BMW number two,  Jeep Grand Cherokee, and finally a Jaguar X-Type and move over to AZ.  Otherwise known as the present.  When first moving to AZ I was a bit annoyed because the only Jag dealership was in N. Scottsdale.  I was very spoiled in Charlotte as it was 2 blocks from my home there.  And other than close is was pretty much a snooze going there.  

So I reluctantly went to N Scottsdale a few times and was slow to warm up but eventually did.  The best thing the dealership could have done was hire a service technician named Dan M.  Dan does such a good job you would think he owned the place or at least has a steak in the year end profits.  Dan IS what makes this place.  He always makes sure I don't over spend and is always fair.  I don't recall ever being up-sold or feeling pressure to get rid of my 2004 model.  I get treated (in my opinion) just as I would if I had a 2012 model.  Did I mention I got my car for a NON-Jag place?  Yup...and they are awesome about honoring my warranty.  

People, this is as good as service can get.  I recommend you get a Jag just so you can get treated the way a customer should be treated for a change.  I myself will be replacing my car by the end of this year and I was honestly going to go back to BMW but based on the great experience I have had at Jag I have decided to make my next purchase the XF.  I saw that it really is a great car and by doing this I will get to come back for more jaw dropping service.  

....Last visit was today.  I had a damaged wheel.  It could have been a $600+ bill easily for the one tire but Dan was able to have the tire inspected by a service they use and get it fixed for $150.  Now that is awesome.  And he happened to have a delicious looking box of French mini pastries and I could not resist but to ask for one.  He was happy to share and told me to have as many as I liked; I opted for one since swimsuit season is around the corner.  Then, then, then offered to wash poor Jane (the car), she was a mess.  I am telling you it is a great group of people working there.  

I hope they never get rid of Dan M.
