We are a no nonsense, family owned dealership and we price our cars reasonably so they sell quickly.  All of our cars are handpicked and go through a rigorous pre-owned certification process.  Our 35,000 square foot warehouse is located minutes from Sky Harbor airport.  We have an excellent selection of luxury and moderately priced vehicles, sedans, SUV's, sports cars, coupes and trucks.

Never in a million years, would I have thought that buying a car would be this easy. John King is the BEST!!! He helped me from beginning to end. He was patient, never pushed for the sale, and best thing is that he followed through with his words. I got exactly what I wanted, a fair trade in value, and the car I wanted. I would definitely recommend this wonderful family owned business to anyone looking to purchase a pre-owned car.

I have to say this is a top notch place.  Family owned and they understand that word of mouth is important.  I found them searching for a specific car.  I went down to see it.  When I entered it was quite different.  Inside show room.  They said hello and let me know if I wanted to test drive a car to let them know.  The owner Jeff came over and said he was expecting me (his brother told him).  I saw my car and asked to drive it.  They got me a plate, copied my ID and sent me on my way.  No one had to go with me.  

When I got back I wanted the vehicle.  We talked about my trade and the deal was done.  

Three days later I had tot ate the car back.  There was an issue with the vehicle.  It truly was not their fault.  There was even a carfax report.  They tried to fix it but they felt it better to not sell me the car.  This was amazing.  Any other car dealer would have you go.  I'm so glad they were honest.

I actually found an incredible car with them.  They were incredible.  Allison, John, dam, Jeff and Kenny.  Such a class act.

This place is a lesser known gem!  Ready to trade in our high mileage Honda Pilot, we did our research, then called a dealer who offered us a dismal trade in value and told us we their wiggle room was basically nothing on their high sticker price.  Then we remembered the great experience my husband had buying his car from Goldie's a few years ago.  We called Adam, who found us the car we were looking for in 24 hours and hooked us up with better financing than we'd found, and an awesome price.  The entire experience was quick, pressure free, straight forward, and enjoyable!  Cars are kept indoors a beautiful, clean, air conditioned facility.  (A huge plus for shopping for a car in Arizona in July.)  They've reinvented the used car buying process!  
Happened to run into a friend today with Goldie's on her plate frame. . .she had a very similar experience.  Highly recommend!

What a great experience!
I'd never heard of Goldie's before. I just happen to be looking on craigslist for prices on a compact SUV/Crossover and happen to see a Hyundai Tucson Limited with all the features I wanted. The price couldn't be beat. I kept my eye on it, checking their website daily. When I decided I was interested, I emailed them late on a Friday night. To my surprise I had a reply when I woke up Saturday. After a few email exchanges with Jeff, I felt very comfortable with him and the dealership itself. He told me he would be in Tucson when I planned to come in but Allison and his brother would be in and would take care of me. When I got there I was impressed. It did not look like a dealership. Only a few cars on display outside. I went in and was greeted by a friendly woman who said most of the cars are back in the warehouse. It was so great that all of the cars were inside, out of the hot Arizona sun. They were all unlocked and she told me if I needed help or wanted to drive one, to let her know. I wandered around and went to the one I'd been eyeing online for a couple weeks. Happy it was still there. After spending a couple minutes in the car I was greeted by Allison. She introduced herself to me and rather than follow me around like a hungry puppy, she said she'd be up front if I needed anything or had questions. She explained (as Jeff had before her) that there's no pressure, that they don't work on commission and that she was happy to help if I needed it. After spending more time getting to know the interior I went to the front desk to request a test drive. A simple copy of my id and the car was in the parking lot waiting. While I test drove the new car, they checked out my trade in. When I came back, I was ready to buy and they had an offer for my trade. Because their prices are so low (seriously, compare with other ads online) they don't negotiate too much. I got the asking price for the new car and almost exactly what I wanted for my trade. From here, you're not shifted from the salesperson to the closer to the finance person. Nope, Allison was THE person from the time I walked in to the time I walked out with my new car. The whole process, including my long test drive and time spent inspecting the car (which, by the way, had been inspected by a local hyundai dealer, had a printed carfax, and was immaculate inside and out) the financing, and they even took out the subwoofer and amp from my old car took about 2 hours. I've never been in and out that fast.
Next time I'm in the market for a used car, I'm going to shoe for financing to compare with their offers but will definitely visit them first. I've purchased 5 cars from dealerships over the last 10 years and have never felt so good about my experience as I did here!

I was very impressed with this place!  Family owned, it has a very comfortable sales style.  My kids were acting crazy and they were all so accepting and nice.  Offered us drinks and turned on the games for the kids to keep occupied...they had air hockey and space invaders/PacMan arcade games!  I was able to test drive all the SUVs I was interested in without a sales person.  I really liked that every SUV I was interested in were there so I could compare them side by side.  Excellent financing offered (beat the rate offered by the Toyota dealership we were also negotiating with).  I've never bought a pre-owned vehicle from a non dealership before, but I will always go here first in the future.  They actually take each vehicle to the dealership it came from to have them inspected and tuned up before putting them on their lot.  Every vehicle there was SPOTLESS!  Better than the dealership pre-owned vehicles!  We ended up getting the Lexus GX460 and I LOVE it!!  Thank you Goldie's Motors!!

I came across Goldies Motor via the Web.  I found the car I liked and previously test drove local models of the Buick Lacrosse.  I was hesitant to purchase a vehicle online and out of state.  Allison reassured me that they had done out of state sales and walked us through the purchasing process. We were financed and car shipped within 7 days.  I received the car and I could not believe how clean the car is, full tank of gas,  and exceeded my expectations.  I'm elated and overjoyed!  The customer service from Allison and the Goldie's Motor staff are an asset to any car buyer.  They are honest, no gimmicks,  and genuinely earn your respect (not your dollar).  I will refer them to anyone looking to buy a car.  We bought a car from the chain where they advertise "no haggle" but it was a hassle. Awesome experience. Auto buying isn't something we do that often so we really appreciated the low pressure family atmosphere, we dealt with Allison on the first visit. She was great, on our second visit she was off, John jumped in seamlessly and got us the finish line. We came in with financing in place from our bank (Wells Fargo) and they actually beat the rate keeping our loan with Wells. Adam the owner stopped by and joked with us, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Very fair very professional, with their selection of high quality vehicles we are hooked, we will never go back to a regular dealer again. Thumbs up you sure won us over!

I recently purchased a 2006 Pontiac GTO from John at Goldie's, I (like most) opted out of any extra warranty and bought the car as is. Well not even 3 days later I noticed the drive shaft was going bad on my car. So I stopped into Goldie's and told John my story, we went to one of brothers that own the place and explained.

Now I was just asking for a little help, but Goldie's took care of all the charges and bought me a new driveshaft. No questions asked just did it, I couldn't believe it!!!

So I started noticing something's on my car that were "half assed" and I thought It was just the previous owner until I met 2 other people that bought the exact same car from Goldie's and had the exact same issues that  having. So they did take care of me in some areas, but they were also kind of shady in other ways.

Update 23 Oct. 2013 - I've received an email from Goldies Motors indicating that they have a receipt for the paint work done to the bumper and have offered to send it to me if I'd like. At the time of my visit, the receipt was at the recon office. That said, there's no reason to believe that there was any dishonesty during the initial visit to the dealership, just an uncritical examination of the vehicle. I have also received 2 phone calls from Goldie's employees that were very apologetic that my experience was not great.

We had a bit of a rough start with Goldie's.  Man, those guys are busy!  But, they bounced back and delivered a great deal and a wonderful experience in the end.  To me, that is worth a bit more than perfect customer service from the beginning.  The fact that they recognized the mistake and  stepped up to the plate means a lot to me.

Most importantly, we bought a very nice truck for an amazing, no haggle price.  Goldie's also found us a great interest rate and paid us VERY FAIRLY for our trade-in.  To make up for the stumble, they threw in a new set of mats, a 4-year bumper to bumper warranty with no deductible (very reasonably priced) AND the owner of Goldie's delivered the car from Phoenix to our house in Tucson, took our trade in and signed off on the paperwork at 7pm on a Monday night- for no additional charge.

The CHERRY on the cake is that the owner, Jeff is a super-duper nice guy.  So is his staff.  They are very aware of their reviews and really want to provide great service.  I dealt with Adam, Alison & John.  They have all known each other since childhood.  Jeff's mom even runs the front desk.  They are also hyper local.  Jeff's kids and our kid even went to the same school.  It's a very mom and pop sorta feeling.  Even if you are buying remotely.  

The sales staff is on salary- so there is no air of desperation.  They have a shop on site, so they make sure the cars are in good shape before they resell them.  If they aren't in great shape, they go to auction.  No clunkers at Goldie's.  

Yep- so I think that pretty much sums it up.  I'm sold on Goldie's.  Next time we want to buy from a dealer- I'm just going to call Jeff and ask him to look out for something for me.

We had a great experience while shopping for a car for my fiance! Allison (financial advisor) was awesome! We not only got a new Toyota with just 600 miles, but also a super great deal for a brand new car!!! Great customer service and great deals! We had no problems getting instantly approved for a car loan. It was very helpful as other financial institutions are very hard to deal with and require perfect credit history.
I will surely check Goldie's inventory when it is time to buy my car.

I had an amazing experience with them. I bought a VW Eos hard top convertible from them that would have cost a lot more at a different dealer! I also bought an added warranty which was a super deal as well. The car has been amazing and dealing with Goldie's and especially Adam and Allison was such a pleasure. No annoying negotiating as their price was fair to begin with!

I recently also had to move back to Germany and they bought the car back from me for a fair price. So hassle free and I would always buy from them again as they truly do it all! Thank you to the whole team and especially Adam and Allison! If I ever return to the states I will buy from them again for sure!!!

After going to Bell Honda, the Volvo dealer on Bell road, and Chandler Audi.  I was tired of the high pressure sales that come with buying a used car.  I found a 2009 Nissan Maxima on and called up Goldies. I talked to Jeff and Adam on the phone. Both of whom were nice.  Worked with Larry and Allison to close the deal. Larry was 0 pressure. Really nice. And even was dancing to the music on the radio.  I was so happy to not feel pressured or leave with a feeling that I bought something I did not want.  

Bell Honda, take note!!!  Goldies has the perfect business motto.  "We don't want to sell you one car, we want to sell you all of your cars"

Had a great experience at Goldie's. Being a young lady and jumping into the world of car sales by myself was certainly a dangerous move to make BUT at Goldie's, Allison and Adam made me feel right at home. Had a fantastic experience here. I was ready for something a little nicer and newer, so I visited a couple dealerships - the experiences were very disappointing, and the financing offers were always terrible.

I decided to get pre-approved by my bank to cut out all the finance BS and start shopping around online - then saw an SUV I wanted to check out at Goldie's Motors. Honestly, I was reluctant to go the non-dealership route, I've always bought from dealerships and wasn't sure what to expect.

Hubby and I went down there today, it's all indoors so you don't get the "used car lot" impression. There isn't a salesman attacking you in the parking lot as soon as you get out of your car, and the place has a very clean and comfortable front lobby area. Goldie's is owned by brothers Jeff and Adam - Jeff helped us out with the test drive and offered to put in a loan application to see if they could get me a better rate. I really liked the SUV, and I thought it couldn't hurt. We left to run a few errands and when we got back, Adam let us know that they beat my bank's interest rate. They have great relationships with lenders, and even on a Sunday afternoon, had them on the phone asking them to make us a deal.

Funny to say, but we actually really enjoyed our afternoon- it was a smooth experience, the conversation was great, the atmosphere was very laid back and there was no sales pressure at any point. This a genuine family-owned business and they are great at what they do.

I HIGHLY recommend Goldie's, I will definitely be back in the future and will be sending friends and family.
