I didn't even have to go into this dealership.  I called and spoke to a guy (didn't get his name) but he was SO rude that I'm not even going to bother.  They have very nice cars and good prices, but so do other dealerships.  I have horrible credit and a repossession (bank screw up), but it happened 2 months ago.  So I was inquiring about one of the Mercedes they have/had and I asked how much down I would need.  He told me that he didn't know, that I needed to fill out a credit application.  He asked how bad my credit was and I told him.  He said, "Ha!!  You're dreamin', you'll never get into that car."  So, that was the end of my conversation.  I should have never called back, but I did, hoping I'd get a different guy.  I had a different car in mind, so I asked the same question and he said, "We talked yesterday, I told you to fill out a credit app, and I never got it."  It was the same guy.  I'll never call there or go there.  I'll also tell EVERYONE I know NOT to go there because they are RUDE.  Well, at least that one guy is.  I come from the car industry too.  I worked at Audi for 2 years (not in sales, but I still know how it goes).  They lost at least one customer.
