Had my truck brought here for repairs. Waited five days and was told for three days they were working on it. Had problems getting them to return phone calls. Finally gave up and paid them 93 ( the total cost of work preformed ) and paid to have truck towed to a place where they would actually repair it in a timely manner  and keep me posted on progress. I just felt like they where not truthful with actual progress. Consider that I took a big hit it towing cost to change mechanics. Thats how strongly I felt they were not being honest on updates of progress.  Also. Wow 93 for 3 days of work. Hmmm ?   Love keeping my money in local area but I need my vehicle back and i dislike being misled.

What can I say but wow! Had an absolute horrible experience at Larry Miller Hyundai where they wanted $4000 over invoice and the sales manager was a complete a##hole so we decided to check out Tom Jones Ford in Buckeye because I had interest in a vehicle there too. Worked with a salesman named Frank who did not pressure us, hound us, or talk down to us and was a really nice guy overall.  We got the Internet price we were promised, extended warranty, and lifetime powertrain warranty on it for way less then what we were offered at the other place for none of the above. It's really hard to find peace of mind like that on a used vehicle with close to 100,000 miles on it. I had gotten pre-approved before I walked in there and Frank, Parker Jones, and their finance department went out of their way to get me an even better rate once I got their! Just a great overall purchase from a dealer and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Well I did not do business here for myself this was work related. I really can't review much here. Just visually it looks to me there are more vehicles for fleet. There are a few nice used cars on the other side.  Maybe one day when if I ever decide to shop I would try here . It seems quiet and I really dont see many vultures out there trying to make a sale. So give it a try you cant miss it its right on the 85 in Buckeye.

Tom Jones Ford had placed an obviously false 5 star rating/review on their Yelp page.  The fine folks at Yelp had taken it down keeping Yelp honest.  Shame on you, Tom Jones Ford!

This review is primarily about the Parts and Service department of Jones Ford.

Jones Ford has serviced my older and very high-mileage Crown Vic on several occasions, and located obscure parts for me. Their estimates (both cost and time)  are always right on, and the work is always done right the first time - I've never had to go back and make threats, as I have at some other shops. The service managers are very professional and treat each customer as if they're the only ones in the shop (I've sat in the waiting area and observed them). They're never condescending or dismissive of even the simplest service requests from the most uninformed customers.

I've had only limited interaction with the sales staff, but they don't give me the "OMG GO AWAY ALREADY" vibe that I get from other car salesmen. It appears to be a very simple and straightforward operation, with a minimum of let-me-talk-to-the-boss bullshit that's standard everywhere else.

When I'm in the market to replace my beloved CV, Jones will be my first stop. Very highly recommended.
