After posting this review I contacted Pat Peck and the manager (Brian) was very helpful. The problem was lack of communication and ofcorse he informed me on every detail I needed to know about my purchase. The finance lady (Vicki) was really helpful too she fixed all my paperwork and made sure that I was taken care off.

Pat Peck Nissan just helped me out of a scam charge from a Nissan in California. I bought my truck from Pat Peck in 2006 and have been living in California. This dealership tried to charge me for a "diagnostic test" because I couldn't figure out why the running lights weren't working after a recently installed tow hitch was put on my truck. When I suspected I was getting ripped off I called the service department at Pat Peck and they informed me that "anyone working at Nissan should know that your truck needs a relay installed, and no it should not need a diagnostic test to tell you that". Needless to say i spoke with the manager and explained how their "diagnostic test" was either A) a scam or B) the service department needs to be schooled on nissans. So thanks Pat Peck Nissan service department. You saved me $130 :D
