Best sales experience from negotiation to delivery.  Clean and state-of-the art showroom.

Incompetent service department. From the advisors to the mechanics. Mechanics do terrible work and service is slow, usually takes all day even with an appointment. Mechanics don't secure parts back after service and replace original parts with mismatched parts.  George is hostile and doesn't apologize for mistakes or poor service. Just buy the parts from Acura and take your car to the Honda place next door or somewhere else. The Honda place has way better customer and vehicle service. ****YELP HAS HIDDEN 2 OTHER REVIEWS AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE. I HAVE HAD SIMILAR EXPERIENCES AND THEY SHOULD BE INCLUDED WITH THE OTHER REVIEWS****

Wow must be the most unprofessional and dishonorable dealer I've ever dealt with.
Sean Gleason "Inventory Manager" was the sales person to blame, and he even said "blame it on me". Initially, I liked the way they did business, but they were 2 timing us. Left a deposit for the car I was going to buy, told them I'd have the rest of the funds in about 5 days. I asked if that would be a problem, he did not object or said anything to make me think otherwise.

2 days later, got a phone call from Sean, telling me that they sold the car to another person. Gave me the excuse that he didn't want to wait. And he couldn't give me a simply phone call because it was his day off. Cool story bro.
Then he said he was following his boss' orders. Ok, so now your whole dealership is all about lying and deceiving people so you make more money? Not a smart business plan in this industry.

Hey it's no big deal that I didn't get the car. There's lots of great deals out there. But you just lost a customer with a fatass wallet and your credentials.
