Buying a car has NEVER been a fun process for me until I came to Tameron.  Tameron runs like a well-oiled machine.  No detail was omitted.  If I had one word to describe this dealership it is "genuine".  My husband and I always laugh at the cheesy car salesman and their gimmicks but not so this time.  I left Tameron feeling like these people were people I could be friends with--I liked them THAT much.  There is an authenticity there that cannot be manufactured--they've just GOT IT.  This review is saying a lot since this is my 5th Hyundai and 3rd dealership (Auburn and Montgomery being the others). We both said on the ride home "Is it weird that buying a car was that much fun?!?!" We will be forever customers!! Thank you to Shannon, Alex, Richard, and Walt!!

I posted a review two weeks ago around work that Tameron had done on my decal around the window. I was unhappy with the work but wanted to share a new review I have with this dealership.  I was contacted by Tameron around this review and I must say they went above and beyond to fix and make my experience so much more.  They came and picked up my car, dropped off a car for me to have while getting everything completed.  I have to say Thank You for making me feel appreciated as a customer and going above and beyond to make this right.  You have a customer for life!

I have traveled the globe looking for the best deal on a car. Never in my life would i have thought i would have found it in Alabama. The Staff here was amazing and soooo helpful they shipped my new ride all the way to CA for me.
If only there was a place like this in Los Angeles...
Since then, i have referred my brother and other family members to buy cars from here who also had pleasant experiences.
My brother gets his car serviced when needed and always sings their praises because Joe the service manager always makes sure things are tip top!

Tameron's sales and finance professionals are top notch and they stand by their products whether you are buying a new or used vehicle.  My story didn't begin with a five star experience but it ended with one.  
            I purchased a used Tucson at a great price.  My salesman, Nick Foster took care of us and got us through negotiations without any hiccups.  We got what we asked for with minimal resistance.  Tim Provost, in finance, processed the paperwork and made us feel comfortable throughout the process.  All was well.  9 days after our purchase we were informed by Tim that the car had been wrecked and repaired prior to our purchase.  Not the best thing you want to hear, but let me tell you how refreshing it is to deal with the team like Hyundai who make integrity and honesty a priority in their day-to-day.  The wreck was not on Carfax or Autocheck so no harm no foul.  They purchased their car back with no penalties imposed on myself.  Still though, I was ready to walk away.  
           One of the owners, Rob Gallik, learned of what had happened and met with me personally.  I was very impressed with this alone.  He apologized for the inconvenience and offered us several options if we were still interested in buying with them.  His personal touch and a great deal (we think) put us in a new car that day (Sonata).  Our salesman on the new car side was Daniel Pereira.  Great guy!  Very mellow and we did not feel pressured with him during our time together.  Really we felt no pressure to take any deal at all but Rob's offer was hard to refuse.
          Overall I rate these guys a perfect score because of the way we felt after the ordeal was over.  Our two week long relationship was a bit strenuous at times but they came through in the end treating us like family (the kind you like).  Thanks Nick, Tim, Rob, and Dan.  I look forward to seeing you guys again.

Tameron Hyundai replaced my rear brakes on my Sonata at 40K miles.  At 45K miles the car developed a severe vibration while out of town on vacation.  Took the car to Tameron when we got back, where they diagnosed it to a faulty rear brake due to a broken pad that was an incorrect part for the car.  They asked me who did the rear brakes and told them they did.  After a few minutes they realized they had performed the work and would redo the brake job at no cost.  They also noticed that the front brakes were also running low and informed me of this, at which point I told them to go ahead and fix it, however I told them I was hoping that they would help me with the cost of this repair in order to keep a happy customer since they had royally screwed up the rear brakes the first time, endangering the safety of my family.

When I picked up the car they had performed the repairs, however they did not offer me any assistance in offsetting the cost of the repair of the front brakes, instead charging me the standard service special rate, something that anyone who drives in with a coupon can get.

Considering that Tameron Hyundai service had royally screwed up the most important safety feature on my car I was expecting them to step up to the plate and try to make a customer happy and to try to keep that customer.  In my situation they failed to do so.
