I've got a 2012 Hyundai Sonata with 38,000 miles on it. I brought it in last week to get the recall thing fixed and also normal servicing and to see why it seems my oil is running out. They were good and got it changed, etc. I had to bring it back today so they could look at the CV Joint and check the oil situation again. I work near this dealership so I request shuttle service when I schedule it. Service has been good here. They are friendly and helpful. No complaints.

I'm not sure whether i can even give a star to Serra. In conclusion Do not buy cars there!!! Their service is the worst i've ever experienced. Even I paid 100% cash, they submitted loan application to capitol one! And i got loan statement from capitol one! Hurting my credit!!!
Also i live in different city&county so i should be eligible for tax refund due to tax rate difference (Jefferson 4.75% vs. Montgomery 3.58%). When i got my invoice charged tax was about 300& more than i thought and i asked sales manager. Then he explained me i'll get a refund when i register my new vehicle at montgomery. In fact when i explained my situation to probate officer she just need a letter stating tax rate & amount by state/city/county with invoice price. So i called and text/emailed so many times to get simple info from Serra. What happened so far was endless of ignorance from Serra.
So aggravated and upset. Even humiliating experience! It's not a small gadget i bought. I bought 22K worth car. I shouldn't be treated like this!
