Can't say enough good about the service department!
Took my car in after a nightmare experience at another dealership service department! Service Consultant Ralph Daniel was very professional, courteous and helpful. They fixed the problem the other place couldn't/wouldn't.  The work was timely, fair priced AND, what was really huge for me- I received a follow up call from Mr Daniel!
They've got my business from now on!!

The salespeople and general manager, except for the business manager and initial sales person, all seem to be argumentative and defensive.  We purchased a 2013 Yukon Denali and had a coating product applied by the dealer.  The body shop applied it incorrectly leaving swirl marks and several scratches.  We confirmed with the manufacturer of the product, that the product should not have been applied in a circular motion but in a one way motion with clean microfiber cloths, and in the same manner to remove the excess product once it dried (wipe on wipe off method). It was clear that this was applied in a circular motion, as well as having excess debri  on either the application cloth or left on the vehicle causing and attributing to swirl marks and scratches, of which I took pictures.

After bringing this to the attention of the salespeople and general manager, I was told I was free to take it or leave it. They did not have  another all wheel drive vehicle available with the same interior as we wanted on their lot.

The only solution is to have an independent detailing company try to buff the vehicle to remove the marks, which we amicably agreed to do.  They cant guarantee or be sure if this will remedy the problem but what the heck, it's only $60,000, right? What they don't know, is that we were actually planning on buying two more vehicles within the month. . .

I just purchased a 2013 Yukon XL SLT. The staff was great in helping me reach the decision as to which vehicle would best suit my needs and desires.  They had searched extensively for a Yukon XL equipped exacly as I wanted, but none was found and it would have to be ordered.  That would have been OK except GM was allowing $2,000 on the GM card and by the time an ordered vehicle would be delivered, the $2,000 on my GM Card would have expired.

In purchasing this new vehicle, the staff did what was promised and on time in every situation.  Not only has everyone been very helpful, but extremely pleasant in our dealings. It has been a pleasure doing business with them at Royal GMC and with Royal Automotive, Inc.
