I had the pleasure of having Stan as my sales representative. Stan was great throughout the ENTIRE process! It helped that Stan and I had mutual friends, so it he definitely made me feel at ease through everything. This was my first car and he showed me all the ins and outs of my black 2014 Chevy Cruze. The worst service team ever. In the past year I have gone back and fourth regarding bad repair and parts in my car and they have tried to put the blame on me and that has back fired on them too. Out of necessity a week ago I go to them thru an appt schedule and the service manager test drives my car . Claims not to hear much other than maybe a sound in the rear. He also said they had so many cars and did not have time to do a guessing game.  I came in saying there is something wrong with the suspension due too experiences I have been having with vehicle.  And guess what my car is alerting today on the front panel Service Suspension System!!!!
I am not doing this as a luxury but out of necessity i do many errands and most involve driving my girls!  This ain't right!

Completely painless experience.  I don't generally rank car buying as one of my favorite experiences, however my experience with Edwards was extremely pleasant.  Not only will I return, but I will definitely recommend Edwards to my friends.

I have a younger brother that is a student in Birmingham.  He seems to wreck his car annually and its always my job to arrange for the repairs.   The Edwards Downtown Body Shop crew always takes good care of us on the body repairs.  They handle the rental car, dealing with the adjusters, and make the car look like new again.  They seem to do a good job of keeping me in the loop too, which a lot of paint shops don't do very well.   Hopefully I won't need a Birmingham body shop again, but if I do I plan on giving these guys a call.
