Five Stars for being a certified Electric Car Dealer with the Nissan Leaf. They are the only dealer in Alabama with a level 3 Chademo fast charger for my Leaf. The staff is always willing to move a car if the station is blocked. Thanks Crown.

I hate to be the first to review them and provide such poor feedback.

I guess when you judge places like this there are two aspects.
Service and Price.

Well I had a 800 mile round trip drive to go on the next day, I am new to town and I needed brakes. I didn't know any shops so I went to this Nissan Dealer.

First I will say the service was fast and efficient, people were courteous, helpful and polite.

Second I will say that I will never use them again. Not because the service was bad but I just can't afford to pay $500 to have my brakes replaced.

Now you are surely saying "Joe there had to be something else wrong, maybe the rotors, maybe there was a repair needed?"

To that I would say no. And frankly I only had the front brakes done and paid $250 because the back brakes had some meat left on them and I didn't have another $250 for brakes on the rear.

So looking at autozone.com I found that brake pads for my car got from $40-$80 a set -  lets say they used an average set for $60 for all four tires.
and lets say their markup on parts is 100% so $120 for the pads

I dropped the car off at 8am and the car was ready at 11am  (3 hours later) and their were cars ahead of me

Let's say they spent 2 hours to change my brakes.

So that means they charged me $190 an hour for labor. Plus $120 for the parts.

Now lets be honest, any Nissan mechanic should be able to change brakes on four wheels in an hour. So essentially I just paid $380 an hour for labor and $120 for the pads.

So if you have an unlimited supply of cash this is your place.

Otherwise Midas, Firestone etc would be about 80% cheaper
